I've shopped a great deal at Dillons. Jessica, the main sales representative there has always been very knowledgeable in helping me choose fabrics and items to make my home beautiful! Dillons has always went out of their way to make sure I'm completely satisfied with every purchase.

My husband and I furnished our whole house at Dillons and we were very happy with the furniture and service. Jessica helped us with everything, and she was just wonderful. She remembered us by name when we came in, and she just sat down and talked about patterns and colors like she was talking to someone she knew a while. Her customer service is excellent, and that's a rarity these days. She was sure to fix the couple minor things we had go wrong quickly and with no fuss. Even the delivery guy is a sweetheart here. I can't remember his name, but he came out a couple times and was really nice and talked to us while he put stuff together. I can't recommend this place enough. Also, if you find something you like online, ask Jessica before you order it. I found a bedroom set and she got me the exact one for the same price and had it delivered and put together for me. They have tons of catalogs of stuff not on the floor.

My last post was not posted. I have purchased all the furniture for 2 cabins from dillons. My last purchase was a single bed with wood side rails. The owner, and he made sure to clarify he was the owner, never admitted he was wrong, spoke down to me, and the error was on his end. I was told to bring the bed back if I was unhappy with a single bed paired with queen rails. I packed it up and took it back. Buyer beware

The worst experience I have encountered when buying furniture. Please take time to read my review before you buy, other customers have a similar story.

Approximately one and half years ago we ordered two plush recliners, coffee table and two end tables. Due to Covid-19, all items were on back order for almost nine months, no fault of the owner. Finally, we received the coffee table and two end tables, but the recliners were still on back order. Jessica, the store manger suggested we take two similar recliners they had in the warehouse, and we accepted. The Lazy Boy chairs were nice but certainly not as plush; nonetheless, we were grateful to have new recliners. Soon after, I ordered extra fabric from Dillions to have covers made for the seat, head, and arm area because of our two dogs and normal wear and tear. Not long after we received the recliners, we noticed little strings appearing out of the fabric in various areas. At first, I thought it was a fluke but after close examination of the fabric I realized it was going to be an on-going problem. Also, the fabric looked worn down where we rested our arms even though they we had them covered. I called Jessica and she sent two men out to exam and take pictures and I also sent her pictures. After two months, I had not heard any news from Dillions so a couple of days ago, I called again. This time I spoke with the owner Rob Dillion and that is when things went downhill and very quickly.

First, he started off by saying no one came to our house insinuating I was not telling the truth. After he spoke to Jessica the next day, he realized that I was telling the truth and within two days we received two new recliners.

One would think I would be a happy customer, but I am not! He called us yesterday and said our new chairs would NOT be under warranty as we had hairy dogs and they caused the damage to the chairs. I have never had a company tell me that the purchase of furniture would not be under warranty if we owned animals. I can assure you our dogs were not the cause of the random strings coming out of the furniture.

Rob Dillion is the most unprofessional and condescending business owner I have ever encountered. I am also extremely disappointed in the inferior quality of fabric from Lazy Boy.

BTW, for about six years we have owned a leather couch, leather recliner and another nice couch that has stood up to our animals playing and sleeping on them without a single problem. Please think twice before you buy from Dillion’s furniture.

The customer service at Dillons Furniture was outstanding. Due to conditions beyond our control we had to change our delivery date several times. They worked with us and were very to accommodate our issues. Great prices, friendly staff and service. Well worth the 1.5 hour drive to their store.

WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE EVER AGAIN!!!! WILL MAKE SURE TO TELL ALL MY FAMILY & FRIENDS TO DO THE SAME!!!!!! If I could rate for zero stars I would do that!!! Does not matter how much money you spend here either. Once a 1 year warranty is up on something they will not help you to make it right. A kitchen table should not get warped & bubble on top after only 2 years. They did replace it once but not when it happened again. The owner of this business insinuated that it was probably my fault because I got the table wet!!! I mean really? I never got this table soaking wet but I do wipe it off after use. It is a table that you eat your meals on & you DO NEED TO KEEP IT CLEAN!!! My lesson learned is to stay with a name brand furniture company!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!

This is a great furniture store Jessica and Samantha are the best sellers ever they help with what they can to make their customers happy and the delivery service is also good they are polite and really friendly Hunter and terry are my favorites. They are really funny and friendly.

Worst experience ever. If I could give a zero review I would.Purchased three pieces, still only have 1. Keeps pushing back delivery date. NEVER calls to let us know delivery is pushed back. Have to stop in store to find out. Will never but from them again. Incredibly rude!
