Sapphire Therapy Miami Lakes: Lymphatic Drainage Center

I have had over 12 massages at the Miami lakes location. The place is always sparkling clean and cozy. I have to say Luna has been heaven sent. She will go above and beyond to work your body and help you look your aboslute best. You can tell she he loves what she does. She is always in a great mood and makes me laugh so much. I always look forward to my weekly massage with her. I highly recommend her. You won't be disappointed.

Best massage place for post BBL or lipo. Monica and Luna both took care of me and were very nice and listen to whatever I needed. Thank you I’ll be coming back for regular massages.

I have a huge problem with this place. I'll explain what I mean. I found them through Google after a procedure that had formed a lot of fibrosis. From the day I walked in and met Luna, she put me completely at ease. I was worried about the amount of fibrosis & the incredible swelling. Not only did she answer all my questions. But as a medical massage therapist, I guarantee you THERE IS NO ONE BETTER. That says a lot seeing how I've seen so many massage therapists across different countries in the last 20 yrs. She is kind, sensitive to the patient, an amazing human being, Very very knowledgeable, her expertise is unparalleled. But the biggest thing is that she really enjoys what she does and she really cares for the patient. You can't teach someone how to do that. They either have it or they don't and that's what separates her from anyone I've ever seen. Honestly she's literally like a God sent angel. 🙏🏼🤗

Then there's Justine who is like the invisible person. You speak to her, text her, but never see her. 😂 She handles the scheduling for all the locations and is also just a beautiful soul with a great heart. She does her best to accommodate everyone and works so incredibly hard. She's even replied to me on weekends.🤗

I've also met the lady who is the owner and she is the sweetest person too. So welcoming, so pleasant and always with a big smile on her face.

Lastly the facility is absolutely top notch. They have all the devices and tech that are needed for post surgery/lipo/BBL/plastic surgery massages. Their prices are very affordable compared to other medical massage places. One of the biggest things is that this is all they do. So you know you're getting people who are certified with drainage & lymphatic massages. They really know what they are doing.💯

So you might ask me why I have a huge problem with this place? Here's why. They raise the bar so freaking high for customer service, for excellence, for making you really feel at home, for helping you through the pain, for treating you in a way so as to optimize your recovery the fastest.

After all this... I CAN'T BE HAPPY WITH ANY OTHER PLACE. GOING TO ANY OTHER MASSAGE PLACE (Medical or relaxing) WILL JUST NOT FEEL AS GOOD AS THIS PLACE. And that's the only problem that I have with them. 😛 They're just so freaking good they make everyone else look bad.

Go here, don't even bother looking elsewhere. Sapphire is amazing. The staff are amazing. Luna is LITERALLY an Angel disguised as a human being. You just can't go wrong.

Amazing lymphatic drainage massage! Came here after bbl with Lipo 360 and they knew just how to make me feel better. They have some unique techniques that other salons I’ve been too lacked.

Let me tell you that Luna is the BEST!! She got me together real quick! I had lipo touch up to my abdomen two weeks ago and her hands are magic!! She’s very knowledgeable and knows exactly what she’s doing. I’m also grateful to Sapphire because they are super quick to respond via text and they’ve accommodated my last minute appointment requests.

10/10 experience here. They have the best masseuses. Super professional & amazing techniques. The manager is amazing at communicating as well.

I love this place they communicate well and do their best to accommodate my needs according to my schedule my therapist Luna is AMAZING she loves what she does and she takes good care of me.
