Such a fantastic place. Initial visit was an x-ray that took literally 30 minutes from the time we walked in the door. The office staff was really nice and the PA even nicer. He walked in and performed the tests, talked to us for a bit and listened to my dumb questions... Now a month later after a stat order (thank GOD and Colin), and a couple MRI's we can start treating the actual problem early.

Just left their office an hour ago, feeling 100% better than when I went in. P.A. Beverly is incredible. Diagnosed the problem with the extreme pain in my arm, administered a cortisone shot and my pain was gone in two minutes. From check in to check out was less than an hour.
I've been here a few times before and Mr. Beverly/staff are amazing!
For those that have written reviews complaining about wait times, it is a walk in, but they also have appointments. Maybe that would explain people being called back that arrived after you.
I would recommend this office to anyone that is needing Ortho care.

The front desk/reception assistance is AWFUL!!!! My 10 year old daughter fell and broke her arm on Thursday evening. We went to Urgent Care by our home on Thur night. They confirmed the break, provided images, and requested that we follow up with an ortho in the morning for a cast.
After verifying Orlando Orthopaedics were in insurance network, I scheduled an appointment for my daughter through Orlando Orthos online scheduling portal. When I arrived, I had to redo some of the registration paperwork bc I was told the online portal wasnt working properly. I then sat in the waiting room for 3.5 hours, waiting for an insurance verification issue that I was LATER told would have been caught/avoided IF the portal was working correctly....
The registration squad there is a joke! They were NOT very helpful and definitely wanted me to know that I was creating an imposition for them to actually have to do a little work for that paycheck!
There were FOUR of them attending the registration desk. Each of them seemed very off-put by asking them anything. Heaven forbid they have to do any work AT WORK!!! How dare I interrupt their discussion of their weekend plans and where the other got her AhhhMAZING fragrance?!?! Was it bath & body or Victoria's Secret?!?! I must know!!!

After sitting there for 3.5 hours, I suggested maybe Yanni, Georgia, and Co. could find some time between their weekend planning and fragrance discussions to maybe manually pre-qualify anyone who made their appointment online. I mentioned that would likely prevent what happened to my daughter and I to someone else. Especially since she mentioned that they've known about the portal not working and have been dealing with the issue for "some time now". The eye roll I got from Georgia told me she did NOT appreciate my helpful tip. 😁

My super long story short- I have medical insurance, but after the 45 min drive to get there, sitting in the waiting room for nearly 4 hours with a kiddo in pain- we just got tired and worn down. I felt defeated and we had already spent half our day here. I wound up paying cash price just to get my 10 year old casted and get the heck out of there and home so she could rest.
Again- even though I have medical insurance- I walked out of there paying $270 AND I have to return two more times at $162/ea. AND we have to deal with Yanni, Georgia, and Co to check-in for our follow-up visits. 🤦‍♀️

First time with a back issue in my life, and I was quite unsure where to go. There is a lot of "noise" online in seeking help with back problems. After some research, I felt an Orthopaedic Doctor was the best solution. The result was quite good. I got in the same day, and they have an easy online interface to make appointments. They do have walk-ins, but I think you might have better luck making an appointment online. Dr. Downing was great. He and his staff took prompt x-rays, and provided the correct diagnosis, and of course treatment. I went in literally barely able to walk, and they provided needed assistance. I cannot recommend this location any higher. As an aside, the staff were prompt, professional, and courteous. Before I even showed up, they called to confirm the same day appointment and secure insurance information. Seriously, you got an acute muscle/bone issue, you should go here.

Very impressed by the speed in which I was seen for my foot injury. Visit, x-rays and injection in 1 visit. The staff and Dr. were all very pleasant. Highly recommend!

Went to this office with my daughter saw Dr Thomas Hines, PA-C. He is not professional! The Staff was great.... I was Waiting to hear from my daughters MRI. Took a while to hear back for her results -I had to call and leave messages .. He then called to give results over the phone. .Asked him to expend the date for her excuse note by one day. .he would not! . Was told by the office if I wanted to extend or to change the date of the excuse note, I would have to come in for another apt?. He just want the money ! Really!? I wouldn’t give him one star. Not happy with his services. Will never go back 👎🏻

Been here several times and I have had nothing but positive experiences. Walk-ins and scheduled appointments are easy to fit into my schedule. Front desk staff is friendly and professional. First appointment, I was assigned to Andrew Beverly and, while I'm sure everyone here is great, I've requested him every time since. Good listener, detail-oriented, friendly without too much personal small talk, offers options for care and is willing to adjust to your preferences while providing realistic prognosis. Thanks to all of you for providing excellent service!

Highly recommend! I was in and out in less than an hour as a “walk-in “ patient with a fractured thumb. Medical Assistant Jonathan was wonderful! He even helped me by filling out paperwork which was difficult for me to do with said thumb. Dr Downing was awesome! My follow up appointment in 6 weeks was made quickly and efficiently. Could not ask for a better first time experience.
