Nail Bar

Had a nice and relaxing experience at the nail bar. Very professional and great customer service. I really hate the drill when I'm getting my nails done and they used a regular file. I'm very happy with the service that was provided to me.

Curly provided a quick, beautiful, and professional environment and I’ll be sure to go to her again ! Great manners super funny and has 35 years of experience!

The salon is beautiful, clean and spacious. But don't be deceived by that. Quick backstory I wanted to find a different nail salon and give Nail Bar benefit of the doubt. I walked into the shop which was not crowded at all which that was a plus. I walked into the shop asked the woman how much for a dip powder she told me which that sounded kind of off to me well everyone has their own prices I totally understand that but I personally never pasted a certain number anywhere. Well the women who worked for the store was servicing someone else and it was only her which of course I had to wait which I was eager to get my nails done since she claimed to be in the nail game for over two decades well who wouldn’t want to get their nails done from someone like that because I was down. Well, skip forward another customer was telling me those prices are ridiculous and not worth it for what service they provide. I don’t base off of someone experience most of the time I rather test the waters yes I know that’s crazy right. It was my turn to get seated into the chair to experience the unforgettable well I thought she was doing a fabulous job but instead when I paid nothing was wrong until it dawned on me in the car something wasn’t right my hand started to hurt well I was saying to myself just try to make it home and then reach out to the lady which I’ve done and no response and my phone told me she read it but didn’t even care to say I’ll fix it come back nothing. A day later my thumb nail came off easily we all know it’s a struggle taking them off with the proper equipment so I wondered to myself it that can come off like that then the rest are bound to do the same which they did a couple of days later. Her servicing ended up messing my actual nails up which it’s still in the healing process. I would never return back even if that was my last option. Now I see what the other customer was speaking of and the lady who was doing nails had the nerves to call her broke no hunny she just didn’t want you touching her in the fear of what I had to face. Looking at their nails servicing now look like people just want to play about your nails so always remember look at their work

Very unsanitary uses the same drill, nail file, and foot scrub on everyone. She also cut my fingers and didn’t take off my acrylics probably used her unwashed hands that she JUST used to wash feet.

Lady was really nice but she rushed to my nails and didn’t even give me anything close to what I asked for, the nail polish isn’t sitting right on the nail, the shape is weird up close, money down the drain, I would just not come back.

Jill did a great job 👍. The details are important and she took it to hearts 💕. I appreciate her efforts on my pedicure my feet were in bad shape. Also took note of her infectious smile. It will brighten your day. Although I saw reviews that weren’t great I gave them a chance since they are close to my home. While I’m getting my pedicure I also received a back massage on the chair they have you on. A constructive criticism for the owners is to offer The customers complementary drinks. It will relax you and make the experience better.

She uses unsanitary wax, doesn’t check temperature and burned me! When I tried to be polite and tell her about her service, she blamed it on being a rash (my doctor deemed it to be a burn). She disregarded me & got real disrespectful. I am reporting her to the better business bureau!

This place is disgusting!!!!!! There was roaches by the sink, the owner I guess was walking around barefoot, the ac didn’t work, and the work ethic is just horrible. I would tell everyone stay away from this place. Lastly HORRIBLE customer service.
