The drive there was difficult because my shoulder was in so much pain with muscle stiffness. Got a deep tissue massage from Caitlyn and it is SO MUCH BETTER. She is quite knowledgeable and knew exactly where my issues were and was able to loosen me up. Definitely coming back.

Very professional, Norma is great, always finds and works out the areas of inflammation .

I've been doing sessions of Fire & Ice along with weekly core cryoslimming. I have so far been pleased with the boost it has given me. I'm down about 3 inches in my stomach & waist. The sauna & cryo combo eliminated my pain & has my sleeping like a baby again. Their facility is very clean & Stephanie and Chad are welcoming and fun to chat with during my sessions. Glad I have found this facility!

Norma is a fantastic massage therapist. She has been my massage therapist for about 4 years. I always leave feeling great! Not only is she an amazing massage therapist but she has a warm and friendly personality which enhances the experience by making you feel comfortable. I highly recommend Norma.

If there was a 10 star rating I would have chosen that. I've been going to Norma for massages for the past 5-6 years. I followed her from different locations. Norma's technique is very therapeutic and I always feel refreshed and invigorated after a massage. Her knowledge of the skeletal and muscle framework allows her to pinpoint what needs to be done to give relief and/or relaxation.

Her hands on treatment is only excelled by her warm, tender and caring manner.

I am only a winter resident and miss my appointments with Normal very much. I am excited for the increase in services that are being offered by Impact BodyWork and wish them the best of luck and continued success.

This was my first time trying Cryotherapy. I have had chronic neck pain for over 5 years and recently have been unable to turn my neck to the right without issue. Finally, after my treatment I was able to experience pain relief! I was nervous at first but the staff makes you feel super comfortable right away. Super clean and inviting facility. I’m going to add this to my weekly regime for pain relief. I cannot wait to try a massage! Don’t hesitate to try this out. I wish I would have known about this sooner.

Chad is very knowledgeable and did a great job explaining how cryotherapy works. The cryotherapy is a must if you've never tried it. I also received a massage by Caitlyn.. she is awesome! I will definitely be coming back!!
