You walk in and all the employees are congregated at the cash register carrying out a personal conversation. Extremely unprofessional. You should be making yourselves busy by going around the store and helping customers. I had to use one of the benches to climb on to get a top shelf shoe myself.

Amazing shopping experience here. The lady was so helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for new shoes, dress, tennis shoes or casual. Joyce was the name of the clerk on duty at the time.

They don't any extra shoes in the back. Honestly, I can't say it's because of worldwide shortages or just didn't prepare for back to school shopping. I could only see one worker. It was kinda hard to get help in asking a question about anymore shoes in the back. We could have checked out sooner maybe if there was another employee working.

There service was horrible and The managers have attuides all because of a pair of supposedly slip resistant shoes. I advise them that after the frist day of wearing them that they did not work for me, the manager cop a attuide, then when I came back to exchange, the cashier/or manager had another attuide. Soo, I ask for my money back!!! I will never buy shoes here again!!!

Super clean and well stocked. The employees are pretty helpful though I think they might be overworked. Both employees seemed very tired. They get new selections quite often. I always leave super satisfied with my purchases. 💕

I really appreciate how they helped my mother order a pair of shoes when they didn't have any in stock. I really didn't expect the store to be as nice as it was inside. They are my go to place for shoes now.
