Customer service has a lot to be desired! I went in today to exchange for size. No one in store but the 2 salespeople. They acted like they could care less about helping me. Their attitude, especially the woman's, prompted me to (at second thought)return the shoes altogether! I'll look elsewhere!

I had come in specifically looking for a certain pair of shoes. There were two sales people in there and both were extremely helpful and kind. They helped me find the shoe and picked two sizes for me to try based upon how the shoe fit itself. They gave their recommendation with no pressure. I saw they had a sales sigh up and asked if that specific was a part of it since most stores had it on sale but you could only grab it online because most stores don’t have it in stock in store. They said no but that there willing to price match it for me so I could have them that day and if I ever run into that in the future they would be willing to do the same again. That is amazing customer service! I will continue going to straight to them because the customer service is where it’s at, the store is super clean, and they didn’t make you feel uncomfortable!
