Purchased a pair of golf shoes while visiting Jupiter Florida. Unfortunately the leather pulled apart from the dial type mechanism so I returned to the store to see what could be done. Gennadiy Guryevskiy, the sales person, was more than helpful. He was courteous and knowledgeable and exchanged the shoes without any questions. I left the store very pleased and will definitely make future visits

Walked into store and was given a generic hello. Not one salesperson asked if we needed help. We were openly looking at 2 items trying to locate info and still they stayed at cash register talking to each other. We left and return to personally ask the questions which were answered but we decided to go to the Boca store to purchase.

The guy who works there in the mornings is rude and was on the phone for like 5 minutes before I had to ask for help. I asked to try on a pair of shoes that had white soles and he rudely told to not to walk on them because they would get dirty. What ??
