Oakley Vault

At first I came here 3 weeks ago since my Holbrook metal the lenses was falling off since the adhesive was failing because of my sweat/oils of my skin. This literally happened a little bit after 2 years after the warranty expired. I was frustrated with a problem like this and the sad part you cant replace the lenses.
I came un to see my options. They couldn't do warranty but said they could do 50% an item. Better than nothing plus i wanted another lenses. Holbrook XL. i didnt have the funds that day so i came today. Different Associates explained the same thing but stated they only did 25% knowing this conflict of communication she got a manager/supervisor and they honoured the 50% I honestly dont know if its 25 or 50 what they do. I got the lenses i wanted and happy. Will come back if need be.

Felix was great help! Definitely was knowledgeable of the product and did a great job explaining the technology on the sunglasses. He was very patient and polite as I kept debating back and forth on what style of sunglasses I was purchasing

Always a shopping experience! . My only grip was that there was no long sleeve hooded Columbia pig shirts .They had button down but not without! I'll just have to shop online ! Thanks

Great store I have been shopping here since 2012. I bought the best piece of luggage I have ever owned from here it has made like 30 trips all over the world. A little worn but still standing strong. They have a awsome selection of the best oakley sun glasses to choose from including the most recent ones on the market. They are respectful, they have the best customer service, and the are always looking out for the veterans. Thanks guys you never disappoint me.

I’m from brazil. Entered the store kind of nervous, trying to explain what I wanted with my poor english and it was very nice to see the staff going out of there way to understand and help me.

The store manager named Joshua is hands down amazing! Extremely knowledgeable and great with the customers. I purchased a pair of fuel cell sunglasses today, did not feel pressured to buy. He has a good crew working with him who are just as knowledgeable and attentive to customers. Thanks for the sunglasses and outstanding customer service!

I bought the wrong replacement lenses for my “Flak Jackets” when I returned them the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. I’m not sure where they get their energy from but they were running about the store greeting everyone, and not with the false “hello and welcome to…” but a genuine welcome!

Needless to say they sorted my issue and where full of apologies for what had clearly been my fault!

Very knowledgeable about their products and the prices are the best I could find anywhere, even online!
