Don’t waste your time here. Go to another one. There was a long line and they had their 4 associates standing inside at the registers while literally 2 ppl In there shopping (mom and son!!!) and all the rest is the staff, DOING NOTHING.

Long wait time empty store looks like no one wants to work. I’ve been to many high end stores in many places never had seen a long wait with very very few customers inside. Maybe this message will get their manager attention and that help the next customer.

I tend to frown upon having a long lone wait outside when there are several sales associates in there helping a small handful of shoppers. Its either blind unprofessionalism or a power trip, neither are acceptable

Literally the WORSE STORE in this outlet mall. Line of 14 people outside and only ONE client in store. Been on line for over 20 min.
Gucci, Prada and Movado are moving much faster! Also, lady who mends the door to let people in/out needs an attitude check.
Not worth the savings, I’ll pay full price in NYC.

Stood outside for ten minutes with only staff in the store looking at us then looking the other way! Very rude indeed! Obviously my money isn’t good enough for them.

Was there a line to enter, yes. Were there only a limited amount of customer allowed in at one time, yes. This is a high end store and my experienced reflected that (even if it’s at an outlet mall). My associate was attentive and patient.

No stars!!! Awful customer service. We are from UK and made some purchases last week. We returned today, in a rush on our way to the airport, to purchase some additional items. There was 4 customers in the shop and about 6 staff (looking like they were doing nothing, only 1 was assisting)
We waited for a while behind a lady who was waiting outside for her turn. 2 customers exited the shop and the lady was allowed to enter. My husband asked as 2 people had exited, if he could also quickly enter as he knew what he wanted to purchase and would take it straight to cash desk. My son and I were willing to wait outside to let my husband enter. The male staff member was so rude and he would not let my husband enter, even after we explained about catching a flight and we knew exactly what we wanted to purchase and he told my husband he had to wait (2 people had just exited so there was 1 couple left shopping in the shop and about 5 staff members available)
The lovely lady who had been waiting in line before us offered to let my husband have her place. The staff member did not seem happy.
I told the staff member we would not be entering and giving him our custom (for a large purchase) and we would be going elsewhere and would not return to that store on future visits to US.
No wonder they hardly had any customers in. At the time, I was so mad with our treatment from the staff member, I did not thank the other lady customer properly for which I apologise if she ever reads this review.

Absolutely terrible customer service, waited 45min outside just to get in and waited another 30min at the register when other people were being called in front of me because they had certain sales rep. Not worth the expensive outlet quality items
