Me and my daughter 1st time! It was like going in a amusement park and just as fun! Can't wait to come again. Customer service was awsome and patient with us being all over the place.

First time buying crocs for my daughter and I had the must exceptional experience a beautiful salesperson by the name of BRI took the time to help me pick out everything I needed for my daughters crocs.
If you go ask for her and she will take excellent care for you!!💖💖

Great selection and customer service was great up until we got to the register. The cashier accidentally scanned an item he had bought up himself and we didn’t realize until we left the store. We came back right away, they were just finishing up with the last few customers in the store, and my husband told them about the mistake the cashier had done. As a courtesy we expected them to hold themselves accountable and give us our refund given that the the mistake was from their part, and instead they told us to come back tomorrow which was not possible as we were only staying in Florida for a few days meanwhile employs were giggling in the back about the situation. Manager needs to work on customer service when at fault!!

If I could give this place no stars I would, all because of worker Andrea our experience was horrible. My family and I were going to enter crocs at 6:50pm. When half of our family was already inside the lady at the door named Andrea refused to let us enter and was giving us dirty looks for talking to our family through the door and window to insure they got Crocs we wanted. She continued to not allow people in and locked the door before Crocs was even closed. We will NOT be coming back to this location again and as frequent customers of crocs we are disappointed.

Had a amazing experience shopping at this crocs location. Store was clean and neatly organized. The staff was friendly and eager to help. The store manager Yonalis is just wonderful, full of energy and very dedicated to her job and team! Definitely the type of management anyone would look forward to. People if you’re looking to buy crocs, this is the place to go!

Péssima!!!!!Compramos dezenas de Crocs para nossas filhas. Mais uma vez em viagem compramos. Após 2 dias o Crocs rasgou, fomos trocar e tivemos um atendimento péssimo na troca. O gerente fez uma cara como se fossemos golpistas. Nesse momento minha filha experimentou outro crocs e tinha uma abelha morta no Crocs. No meio do choro, ela com dor, esse senhor vem dizendo que não vai trocar, uma cena ridícula!!!!

Good morning.

My name is Daniel, 41 years from Brazil.

I’ve been in Orlando with my wife (40 years) and two daughters (6 and 8 years old) last two weeks.

My wife and my daughters are Crocs loyal customers. They had dozens of CROCS, they loved that Jibbitz.
Believe me, we are people that help your branding and a LTV (lifetime value).

Again, this vocation we were on august/31 in your store at ORLANDO OUTLET Vineland Premium buying some CROCS. A Brazilian girl helped and we had a very good experience.

After two days using a CROC (picture attached) some tors (picture attached) appears. After two days using CROCS only walking in Orlando (she did not run, play a sport of something like that). At the same time we think “no problem, lets go there and exchange it.

And at this point the nightmare starts..

We went again in Crocs, same store in Orlando Outlet and explain what’s happened. A man got the CROCS in his hands and starts to observe the Crocs and our face, our face and crocs. We felt like we were a bandits trying to scam someone. And keep in mind that we’re talking about USD36.00. I’ve traveled to Orlando from Brazil (that currency is 5 reais for 1 dolar) in a business class for 4 people, 15 days in good hotels and 10 visited parks!! So for sure I was not there because USD36.00!!

This man explans that it was used and he will gonna check with their manager. I told him that’s ok, I know that she used it but it make no sense after a couple of days walking the product was like that!!

At this time my oldest daughter put on another Crocs and inside it there was a bee!!She was stung by a dead bee inside CROCS!!
I do not know if it already happened with you, but it hurts!! Do you have sons? Imagine how was my experience? Not because a dead bee but how we were treated.

During this process (she was crying so much) this guy come to me and tell me that they wont exchange it because it was used (my daughter was screaming in pain)!!!. I asked a ice or something like that. Nothing!!

After some minutes I asked him to talk with their manager and he told me that he is a manager (10 minutes before he told me that he’ll talk to his manager… strange no?)

There is a lot of ways to do and say something. IF CROCS says “I understood that our Crocs should not be at this condition but unfortunately the policy of company says that when it’s used there is no exchange and show me it”, ok.. no problem!! I would think that because USD30.00 (3 ICECREAM in Disney).. no problem!! It should be done after help my daughter that was stung in CROCS store!!

But the fact is since begging our experience was TERRIBLE, and believe that now you have customer with 0 NPS.. that’ll tell this history to our friends and in our Instagram, Facebook…

Conclusion.. a NIGHTMARE!! Why I am sending this e-mail? I really hope that nobody had this experience with you in future!!

The store is still letting a certain amount of customers in but it’s nice inside and they have of course all the different crocs in there to buy.
