I was just walking in when this lady literally yells at me that they’re closing in a min not once but twice and you know whatever cool I didn’t know but she didn’t have to be so goddamn rude about it. I come to this store cause it’s the closest one to my house but I regret it everytime. Stay away customer service here sucks ! You’re better off going to the one in Hialeah and that saying a lot

I got out of work late and ran over to the store. It was a last minute decision! My mom was leaving to cuba 6am in the morning and she saw a romper I bought myself which she loved. We ran to the store it was 8:56 the time we got to the store and the door was already close and I was not let in. I knew exactly what I wanted and where it was, I had cash in hand !!!! What a lost of buissness and of a customer. No respect.

Bought my wife's birthday shoes here. She loved them sooo much I've been back there numerous numerous times since. Prices are almost too reliable 😎. Hate to say " steal" when commenting on a store, however folks- their bargains are a "😍steal".

Got my granddaughter a couple dresses here and a nice set for my grand nephew. Some of prices for kids clothing is too high. Years ago I found a couple sun dresses in my size that were reasonably priced. Store is for those boney youngsters who like most of their body parts hanging out. Plus sizes not classy enough for price and don't fit right. Too tight or Way to Big. Not everyone is an extra small or size 6! Store is not easy to move around in. Too many racks and no walking space. They have wrong location. I went to store on 27th ave and 170th street. Don't get it twisted!😡

I enjoyed the clothing they were reasonably priced. During my checkout the cashier kept looking at the 50 dollar bill in my hand, she proceeded to check me out with my items totaling 25 dollars only to say she doesn't have change. Let me remind you it wasn't like the store had just opened it was around 6 p.m.. I thought that was odd just as well as no greeting,no may I help you . Great Clothes with Poor Customer Service!

Within 5 mins of walking into the store to look for dress pants for an event, this rude lady told my 8 year old daughter she can’t try on the sunglasses if she’s not going to buy it and told her she shouldn’t touch it they are not for kids. She was not touching anything esle. She did not run around or act obnoxious like most kids would and she put it back where she found it just like she did with anything esle. I get the loss prevention part of retail because I myself am A manager you don’t go talking to anyone like that. You go to a store to look try on and purchase not to be restricted and spoken to like if your going to steal. Your job is to provide good customer service and make the customer feel welcomed and wanted at your store so that they can purchase your merchandise and help your numbers. One less customer. And as seen i’m one of many. Train your employees. Tip Your average sale might of gone up if you provided better service.

Good prices on some items. The size range is amazing. It is very inclusive. They have fashionable plus sizes that fit really well
