I went to off Rack Room Shoes for a girl’s trip in May!!!!!!! I bought a pair of tennis shoes. When I returned home, I saw that the shoes were not identical. I had my receipt and called the store. They told me to contact customer service. Worst customer service. I sent the shoes back and I still have yet to receive the pair that I was promised and that I bought. I do not understand how you buy a product and they made a mistake. I am just asking for them to correct the mistake and FOUR MONTHS later, I STILL have yet to receive the correct pair back. I will tell everyone I know not to shop here. This is ridiculous and upsetting. I feel as if they have robbed me!

Good selection of kids shoes, at a decent price. We bought 2 pairs of name brand shoes for $50. They are having their boots sale right now.

Would not honor military discount. Why not honor military everyday when your competitors do?? Only honoring on Tuesday when I work is inconvenient. Please change policy.
