Wonderful products. The shoes hold up extremely well under the harshest environments, and if they do wear down (though it's MUCH a slower than normal shoes) their year manufacturing warranty is top notch.

also they customer service is absolutely top notch!

First off, the people at this location are great, but the shoes: I have difficult feet, and they had not one, but two styles that actually fit! Since Sketchers stopped making those (otherwise) silly Shape-Ups, I have been totally out of luck for sneakers. So, yay! Also, the clearance section was full and broad, so double yay!

Bernadette and Anne where very helpful in finding the shoes that we needed. We appreciate the info. We got from them regarding golf shoes. Fortunately, We had better deals too available on that day. It was a great shopping experience for us & our husband.

We were on vacation and stopped in to look at golf shoes for my husband and let me say we didn’t realize that we were in for a treat! The staff are all very helpful and friendly however I’m writing this review specifically to shed the spotlight on AMY. Amy was very helpful, and very patient as my husband debated on the colors for a golf shoe he had been keeping an eye on for months. Amy was such a joy to work with, and while no other associate at any of the Ecco locations could get my husband to walk out with those shoes…Amy did so! Go Amy! She certainly knows how to engage the customer and have them leave the store happy WITH a pair of shoes! We will return to this location the next time we are vacationing in Orlando. Kudos to Amy!

Awesome store!!! Almost gave it a 1 as it is still closing earlier then rest of outlet. Ridiculous! Travel to outlet for nothing. Very insensitive to customers.

Looked for golf shoes and found the perfect pair for my feet with help from the staff. Wore them out of the store to a golf course but did get rained out. Will try the next day. Glad I bought rainproof shoes

Ridiculous, this outlet store sells shoes even expensive than regular stores. I saw one pair of shoes sold in $170, and the other regular mall in Orlando sells the shoes in $160, same day.
