The manager with the last name Gonzalez I apologize I forgot his name but he was so helpful. I wanted these shoes so bad and when I purchased them online I got an email they were out of stock. So I called around to a few stores and he was able to help me and I am going to order them through him and he will ship them out to me. What amazing customer service.

They had a great selection of clothes, bags and purses, jewelry and ect. The sales associates and cashiers were nice and helpful but the only thing that makes me rate them 4 starts instead if 5 is that the merchandise displays were very messy and I had to dig through the piles to find my sizes...Other than that, it was a great shopping experience 👍

Love the deals and the variety of items. Dislike their discount sign placement. Deceptive in their discount practices. Did not know until I went to the cash register that items I thought I was getting a 30% on had no discount at all. I had already decided to get the items and so I ended up purchasing them any way.

very bad experience in that store... there is a worker with very imperative asian features practically forcing you to buy and the manager is also very rude with some customers

The store has no restroom when I took my 5 years son to the outside restroom they refused to let me in and join my wife and the other kids I talked to manager she was so so so rude
P.S. I canceled a $1200 purchase and they didn’t care

The worse customer service ever ,they lost $560 sale because they won't honor 15% discount I have theybdidnt care about the transaction.
.....the cashier she didn't know how to enter the discount code, she call for help , someone else came inn so rude . they didn't know what they are doing she goes its not working... .I said ok cancel my transaction she ok no problem..

The cash register was so rude she don’t know what she was doing , she keep calling for help , finally anther girl comes inn and we thought she gone solve the issue but she didn’t she keep saying oh the system is not giving the discount price on jeans pants and other stuff , they rather lose $730 sale and move on wawww this is really bad service , so I walked out and they didn’t even care about losing a customer and business..

The girl who helped me was very rude,I asked her for my size in shoes . I got 3 pairs,she put 2 next to me and practicly threw the 3rd pair at my husband. All he said was " I'll take those for her" . She brought out the wrong size for me when I asked for a different size in 2 pairs to try on for purchase . The manager got the right size in the second pair once I got to the register. Once I bought my shoes the cashier practicly threw my bags at me. She's very rude to my husband and I.
