Finally hopped on the crocs bandwagon today and couldn’t be happier also wanted to thank the worker that assisted me I believe her name was Emily I appreciated all the help my feet thank you as well haha

Staff was good. Very helpful. They will go above and beyond to look for items in the back if it's not on the floor.

Every time I go there the service is amazing. Everyone is very helpful. The manager Jordan is also amazing. He knew exactly how to help and make sure I had the right selection for my daughters. Thank you! We miss Mileidy’s as well.

I had an amazing experience at crocs! Mileidy and Joseph were both very helpful in finding a pair I liked! I look forward to seeing them again in my next visit. :)

The CDC just announced that people who are fully vaccinated for Covid-19 do not need to wear masks anymore. My daughter and I are fully vaccinated and I was told that it didn't matter and we still needed masks. When I told them that the CDC specifically said we don't they threatened to call security on me. So i asked them if my daughter could just try on a pair so we could order online and they proceeded to dial numbers on their phone for security. This is NOT how customers should be treated. I am NOT a criminal! I will NEVER purchase anything from Crocs again and I will make sure everyone hears about my experience with this company. They do not follow the science or the rules of the CDC and they should be ashamed of themselves.

I want to personally thank (I believe his name is) Jordan for bring professional and assisting me with the questions I had. I ended up spending more that’s anticipated because of his good service.

Jordan and the staff are incredible. Very helpful and kind. The next day I went to the store for Jordan to add the accessories, and he did it with no effort. Very polite staff.
