Very nice place with very helpful staff great deals and great selection

I went to this store looking for work shoes after being quickly brushed off by Crocs. I walk in Vans. These girls look up my size tell me there’s one pair there in the store. These girls spread out and found this one box in their stock room. What customer service. I am completely impressed. You have won me over as a customer Vans for my work shoes.

Staff was extremely helpful and actually asked if we needed anything and check in on us 3 times while there to make sure we were finding everything we needed! Had an amazing experience, and amazing deals!

This location's sales policies were out of line with multiple other US locations we have shopped in the past. Despite signs everywhere in the store that said that a red tag item was free with purchase of ANY item (which we also confirmed with a helpful sales assistant walking the floor), when we arrived at the checkout counter, we were told that we could not mix match a shoe with an apparel item - we were limited to either the purchase of shoes OR apparel. Rather than have to spend more time trying to match a purchase to the odd explanation of the cashier, we left the store without making a purchase.
