No issue with the store, the product just sucks. The plastic toe divider is agonizingly uncomfortable. The strap is also mounted too close to the front of the shoe which makes your toes go past the front edge when walking. Heavy and stiff too. I love the look of them but I’m chucking mine because they are sooooo uncomfortable.

While I was down in Orlando, I took a trip to Disney Springs to walk around with some family and i saw a man immerge from this store to help someone that was sick from, what it looked like, heat exhaustion. this stood out to me and it made me want to check out the store. This person was so attentive to them and made sure they were okay and i appreciated that.

Then I saw the other worker's reaction. He legitimately looked away. I'm fully understanding that there is a store to run, but there weren't many people in there. At least come and HELP ME find at least HALF a shoe if you're not going to help the sick person. I thought Disney and their partners were all about Magic and this particular worker ruined that magic that his coworker (that was helping the sick person) worked so hard to spread. I left the store immediately.

This was utterly disgusting to witness and I would be sick if that young man had gotten in trouble for being a decent person. if that is the case, then not only will that turn me off to any future transaction with this store, but the company as well.

Good selection of ‘flip flops’ available, sizing can be a bit odd for example 7-8 & 9-10 with one being too small and the too big, so definitely try before you buy.

My wife loves the quality of this product. She has several customized pairs and they seem to last forever. The staff is OK.

A hiring manager called to follow up on my application and she was incredibly demanding unprofessional. I outright ended the conversation because I could not bear to talk to her any more. Based on my experience over the phone alone, I would not recommend shopping at or working for this business.

Staff here are rude beyond belief. Easier to just order off line and have them shipped to your home. I usually like to stop in the store when it comes to havianas as their straps are sometimes weirdly twisted. Won’t make that same mistake again here.

If you’re in the Disney Springs area & desire a new pair of unique flip flops well look no further! These one of a kind sandals are sure to hit the spot on your feet! Especially if you’re like me & love sparkly bling! These are drenched in glitter from toe to heel & all the rave in Florida!

We love Haviana's if you dont have some yet, you're missing out. Most comfortable flip flops ever. They're rubber and handmade in Brazil. Worth the price but keeo an eye out for sales, great customer service at this store, thanks Nick!
