We went to this place and everyone's was nice ecxept for kEYs jewelrys guy.... We wanted to see some engagement rings and this old guy who smelled like an ushtray was so rude and unprofetional....my fiance didn't feel well bc it was super hot in there and apparently he got upset bc we wanted to leave...i told him you're the wosrt seller ever and he answers back I KNOW in front of every one.

I went with my Daughter to this place to look for a Jansport backpack, and we found it for $42.00 and not a penny less. Thinking that I would have a chance, I asked the salesman if they could match the competition's price so I could get it done, however, they preferred to let us go rather than honoring the price I showed of $34.95. Guys, if you can find a better price somewhere else and the store you shop doesn't honor it, leave that store and do what I'm doing here; write a bad review. This way, you can hit them in the pockets. If other stores can sale for less, they can do that too if they want to give outstanding customer service. After that, I went home, did some Internet searching, and found the same Jansport backpack for less than $23.00 with free shipping; I got it in 2 days, and my Daughter is happy with her new backpack, so happy that she got it all packed for School.

Went about and beyond to find a certain shoe while being on vacation , and they took their time to call other stores to check for availability and was successful... very kind and willing to help.

Very good helping staff. My family took about 45 mins trying to get the right shoes for my girls. (My daughter is picky) finally found her shoes. We ended up finding 3 pairs we liked.
They even had my size in stock

Journey will never disappoint when you are searching for that unique sneaker in a unique color. Prices tend to be on the higher side because of the specialty. Staff is always willing to help you find something. If your looking for some extreme color ways, or that one unique shoe, give the a shot they won't disappoint. Sometimes I'm not sure if they are part of the skater culture or not, but still a good visit when I go in..

Walked in to see if they sold masks( Needed for entry for another store). They were packed and woman behind the counter saw me looking and asked if she could help. Asked if they sold masks and she said they didn't have any for sale but offered to give me two disposable masks. Her associate immediately went to the back and gave us some, no questions asked. We were really grateful. Highly recommend because even though they were swamped, they still paused to help and we're so kind about it!!
