We stumbled into this store having never heard of Melissa shoes and the second we walked in we were hooked! The shoes are all so cute, but beyond that we had an absolutely fantastic shopping experience with Jonathan & Ana!! They did such a great job of helping us find the perfect styles for the 4 of us. They made it such an enjoyable and fun experience. We felt like we were shopping with our longtime friends! No pushy sales tactics just genuinely great people who love the shoes they are selling and have amazing people skills!! I wish I lived closer so I could come in weekly for a new pair of Melissa’s and a visit with Jonathan & Ana!!

I went today to Melissa store in Disney Springs the store is awesome I love all the shoes . Carmen is amazing she was so friendly and she help me find what I was looking for and help me choose another pair of sandals size 10 wish is always very hard to find she was excellent great service and a lot of knowledge of the brand wish is fun is vegan and confortable you can go everywhere with these shoes and feel like a kid again specially here in Walt Disney world or any part of the world I can not wait to go back and see all the new shoes and to see Carmen again she is awesome have a magical day

Absolutely love this store! Totally addicted to my Melissa shoes - the staff here is always so friendly and helpful and very knowledgeable about the product. The store smells amazing when you walk in and the bright colors just make it such a happy place to shop! Not to mention the always cute and comfy shoes. Always keeps me coming me back.

My family loves the shoes. It has been the only thing our girls wear since they were little. I didn't know they too had boys shoes! The staff was super friendly & very informative! We will stay coming back for the shoes!! Plus they have an amazing sale section, currently up to 50% off! Such a great deal!!

I literally loved this store and I am looking forward for my next time in town to come in! Staff was really helpfull and knew a lot about how sustainable Melissa is, they helped me with sizes and colors available. I came to buy one style but definitelly I have got a few gifts for family too. The smell is something I can't get of my mind, such a cool scent to have on when wearing my shoes! :)

We have gotten my girls all the Mini Melissas. I love them, they last forever and I can pass them down to my youngest. However, the big girl styles are a little meh, they are cute but the cutest ones the colors and sizes are always sold out. I end up having to buy online if they are available. Either way still love the shoes!

This store is absolutely amazing! Shoes are differentiated but also comfortable. The service was impeccable and the staff also helped me find the size I needed and it was not available in the store on the website. I will definitely come back to this store next time I´m in town.
