Not impressed with the customer service, I don't expect 5 star but a "Hi hello, anything I can help you find" is appreciated. Purchased $200+ worth of clothes, one in particular item, a romper to wear for my birthday. As I am trying on at home (the fitting rooms are filthy and smelt of body odor I felt more comfortable trying on in my personal space, I see that the zipper is broken and the romper is also missing a button.... The store has a good selection of clothing, not good great quality, it's hit and miss but decent prices for what you pay for. However I would not and will not be returning.

Not the biggest fan of ANY Factory Stores anywhere. I have only ever browsed through these stores and they have sometime nice/descent discounts which can be eye catching- nothing really special and NO complaints either thus far with any of these factory stores. They do however sometimes have great sale selections with like U$10 clothes or even less. Girls Only Though!!

I was employed at the Papaya in Vineland outlet. I would not recommend anyone to work there! Due to the poor management and the party isn't good. The the managers are rude to the customers and they don't believe in the general phrase "The customers are always right". They are more concerned with how the store looks then the customers. I would get harassed on a daily by management if for tedious things. Also the POS system is out dated and they are still giving out paper checks. One time our checks came days later than the our pay date. The manager is a liar as well. She will lie to you straight in your face. Now I see why the locations are shutting down. I am sure if corporate knew what was going on amongst their employees, they would shut that location down as well. I must say..I have been in the workforce for years and papaya is by far the WORST PLACE TO WORK. I AM BEYOND HAPPY THAT I DECIDED TO LEAVE. THEY PAY YOU ONLY $13/HR TO DEAL WITH IGNIRANCE, HARASSMENT AND LIES. And yes, the assistant manager and supervisor locks the doors before the store is suppised to close and they ask the employees to scream every five minutes that the store is about to close!!!! Very very very RUDE AND INDICTIVE WOMEN. I wouldn't even wish a high schooler to work at a place like that 🤣 the place is disgusting and the break room is even worst... There is mold All around the store. Which people do know that mold CAN KILL YOU RIGHT??????!!!! CORPORATE SHOULD DEFINITELY shut that store down and rebuild a new and get AN ENTIRE NEW MANAGEMENT.. IF THEY WANT TO STAY IN BUSINESS!

On 9/7/2022 I entered the Papaya Clothing store in the Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets. They had many 50% off clothing displays. I selected a few items to try on and decided to purchase 3 items. They notified me that there are no returns. I agreed and said that I liked the items and wanted to purchase them. I asked the associate to confirm that they were 50% off and was assured that was the case. I paid for the items and signed. I was handed the receipt and turned to leave the store. Before I left the store, I checked the receipt and noticed one item was not discounted at 50% off. I returned to the cashier to receive the 50% back. I was again informed there are no returns. I said I did not wish to return the item but just wanted to purchase it for the price I agreed to. I indicated the sign over the display with more of the same item. At this point another employee walked up and was rudely repeating the same statement of no returns and that the "additional 50% off" sign was "just put there". I indicated that this is fraud and if they would not refund half the price, they should agree to return it. The associates were very rude and condescending during this interaction and said I could have store credit, but no refund. I informed them I was on vacation and would not be able to return. If they would not refund the 50% amount, I would open a dispute with my credit card. They dismissed this saying everything is against store policy. I will never shop with this company again.

Had a man go into the fitting room while my daughter was in there, even though men are not allowed to AND there was an employee. I had the employee get the man out, and read the rules to the employee. The man tried a second time, in which I instructed the same employee to bring the articles to the man's wife since men weren't supposed to enter ther fitting room.

Hispanic workers ask us to leave, said they don’t like our kind. It started with my wife trying on closets and her wanting me to see them they said that’s not allowed until you purchase. Employees name started with a Z

Sorry but if your doors are open you should be happy to sell product !!! We were greeted with we're closing approximately 20 feet inside a loud manager greeted the store with REGISTERS ARE CLOSED. Corporate please explain to your workers the customers pay their salary sad thing is in the minute we had already picked up 2 things my daughter wanted. Clearly we left with our 50 ish in sales and walked across the hall.
