So today I visited your store, as usual. I was greeted by Jelani, I believe spelling is correct. He greeted me as soon as I entered and was very friendly. Anywho, I needed a form printed and we didnt have much luck for about 10 mins or so. Mr. Jelani continued to assist me until the job was complete, about 10 mins later. Thank goodness the business flow was slow to none at the moment. This store is generally quite active. Today will be great because he assisted me with my task. Thank goodness for him, his professionalism and patience. Im soooo appreciative. Nowadays, it is hard to find outstanding assistance. Mr. Jelani was just that!!!

Ups you are the worst delivery service I’ve ever seen ever , I ordered a oil and 3 other thing’s from a website called primal kitchen and you guy’s still haven’t delivered and keep pushing the date on when is coming. I will never use your service ever again, you guy’s don’t even deserve one star. This is the worst company ever. I should of just ordered my oil on Amazon. I hope this business goes bankrupt and closes down for good. I would be happy enough that it does Amazon put your company into shame 5 days for 4 items to come really ?

It's so nice to have a United Parcel Service drop off close to home, I sell a lot of items internationally and this is really convenient.

I've been to this location a few times over the years and have never had a problem. They were nice and efficient. Not sure why some people complain about such petty stuff, even things that have nothing to do with this store. Grow up.

Unhelpful and rude staff… no way to print a label without having to log in to your email on their computer… it’s 2022, and there is no way I am logging in to my email in anyones computer that isn’t mine… ended up having to visit a different location that allowed me to print without issues, just emailed the label to them and that’s it.
