DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse

I had a very bad experience at checkout. I do not think this store follows all dsw rules. When trying to pay for a couple of items I liked the cashier didn't want to use 2 offers I had, as per shared image, in additional details reads you can combine with another offer and rewards certificates. The manager also stated the same, it seems they have their own rules. I'm very disappointed. I refused to buy anything. They just lost a costumer, I won't spend any cent here again..

I liked this location . Because it's not busy location and very clean.
I visited after massage envy so it is very convenient to shop . There is many restaurants as well. You can enjoy shopping

Terrible experience, really just ridiculous. I ordered sandals that were on sale online, to be picked up in the store. When they hadn't arrived in over a week, I phoned customer service, where I was told that they had been lost in transit and would not be arriving. I pointed out that I should have been informed of this, and was told that I could reorder the sandals at a discount with free shipping. Great, but when I was told the price, it was more than the sale price that I had paid originally. I was then given a few dollars off of the sale price, and told to expect the package in 4-7 days. It arrived today. They sent a pocketbook! Seriously, a pocketbook! I called customer service again, where I was told that if I wanted to cancel or reorder the sandals, I had to bring the pocketbook to a store to return it, and when that was done in3-4 days, I could get a refund for the sandals. I was also told to bring the original email I received when I placed the order. You know, for the pocketbook. The one I never ordered. At this point, I have a new bag I didn't want, and I'll do without the shoes I did want. Like I said- ridiculous.

Saying no to signing up for rewards programs three or four times and then five to ten seconds of awkward silence when you don’t feel like saying no an additional time before proceeding with ringing up items is a bizarre experience. Most retail companies side sell stuff at check out. DSW takes it to a different level. I got annoyed and almost mad today when buying some shoes. Rank and file employees are forced to promote this and it’s obvious they hate doing it.
You do you DSW. I’ll just go somewhere else next time where it’s less laborious of a task just to buy shoes.

Great place for shoes , some shoes are a bit expensive but they do have sale items and clearance section with good deals !

The deals here are great. Very helpful staff and usually my first stop when shoe shopping.
