Margate Middle School

Best school ever, this is my first year of seventh grade without my best friends, I love the teachers and staff, can't say the same about the students. This school gets at least 2-3 fire and/or tornado drills each month! I highly recommend sending your kids to this school!

worst school their are unfair teachers their are either smokers or bully's and they have rats roaches and unsecured, too many fights. i highly do not recommend this school unless you want to have a horrible education.

It's a dirty place with almost no security and is known to have a bad reputation for its lack of staff. Most of the teachers are awful and have minimal respect to students no matter their grade, grade, disability, or sexuality. All in all this school is by far one of the worst schools in Margate.

My daughter goes to this school and she's doing so well. I love the teachers here who always encourage her to move forward. Not to mention Vocabulary. Com ! Congratulations and keep going Spartans

My daughter absolutely loved the academic aspect of the school but she had a terrible experience in Physical Education (P.E. ) class. The instructor, if you can call a middle school gym coach an instructor, gave my 10yr oldquite a scare and made her feel very awkward. Coach Hammett mad eher feel uncomfortable by always staring at her andshe told me he was incredibally rude to the classes. She dreaded going to PE. Ihave written multiple complaints for the whole year and nobody ever reaches out to me. She says that he smells like alcohol sometimes and he is always yelling at the class. I just wish they would straighten that program out or at least speak with the coach a bout these issues. I know that my daughter can't be the only one.
Besides that, the school is average. Academic glasses ( for amiddle schooler) , are what they should be

This teacher name Ms.Wright is the worst teacher I have ever encountered. She need to be remove completely from the school. She treats students like dirt. She discourages some kids from learning. She threw out my child stuff toy that he received from his dead grandmother. Please remove Ms.Wright she is a 7th teacher

Mrs.harris is a bad assistant principal she really doesn’t care for kids and her and the principal don’t care for their school either. There is a nasty mold by the 6th grade hall and maybe other places and leaking In the roof in the cafeteria . But mrs Harris is one of the most horrible person I have every met my mom had came in to talk to her bout an accdient and she was sitting there like she didn’t want to listen to my mother and made it seem like she had other better stuff to do and she is just way beyond rude !!!!!

If you’re a middle schooler and have a bike lock, this is the place to park your bike. Don’t forget your tennis racket, it’s right next to a few courts. Just tell your parents where you are. Be safe my friends.
