GSD exceeded every expectation we had for our new roof. On time, on budget and incredible craftsmanship. Andrew Palmer set the bar very high and he and the GSD team delivered on every promise. When the county inspector takes the time to point out the quality of the work and notes the use of only the best materials available, you're left with no doubts about the quality. Getting a new roof can be an extremely overwhelming and stressful project in Florida. GSD installed a new roof on a house in my community and I watched the entire process. They did an amazing and thorough job. Therefore there was no doubt in my mind that I would hire them to do mine. They did a fabulous job on my house too. Being new to Florida I had no idea whom to select for a roofing contractor. We are very fortunate GSD Construction Services on Marco was recommended by our neighbor. Communication with Austin, the owner, was always prompt and detailed. My questions were assessed & addressed to my satisfaction. David’s on-site support reflected the the company’s theme of performing a first rate job. The workers were respectful of the property and thoroughly cleaned the area at the end of each day. Andrew Palmer of GSD Construction has assembled an all star experienced TEAM of roofing professionals.
From the tear off/dry out guys to the Rock Star installers, everything was seamless.
My neighbors even complemented that other contractors in our community performing similar services were not up to the standards of GSD and left their property a bit of a mess.
They were very efficient and worked together well.
My property was left just as it was when they started. The main Forman was Heber Ponz. He possessed excellent skills in explaining the roofing process.
GSD is not immune from supply shortages however, when they were able to assemble all of the material, they got it done right with almost no inconvenience.
Even the County roof inspector stated that it was done right.
GSD Construction has one of my highest recommendations.

GSD did our re-roof on our house in Punta Gorda after Ian. Jake and Kate Black were at our house just a few days after the hurricane. They also met with the adjuster to answer any questions and make sure our claim was approved We got a Decra metal roof and are very pleased. GSD made sure we were happy with the installation and answered all of our questions. Ask for Jake and Kate!

After Hurricane Ian, one of our neighbors took a job with GSD in the hopes of obtaining a reliable roofer for park meadows. After we waited for permits, GSD pulled out of the area. We lost a lot of time to this which caused further damage to the home and stress to ourselves as well as our neighbors. It was a very unfortunate experience.

My roof was damaged by Hurricane Irma. I was originally denied by my insurance carrier. After meeting Andrew, he said that they owed me a new roof. As promised, we were approved! Andrew is very honest and professional. The workmanship is incredible. I can't thank Andrew enough for what he has done. I wish him all the best and to keep doing what he is doing.
