Despite rain and nature delays, their crews worked hard and long hours until the job was completed and further more they worked until we were thrilled with the finished product. When we got a quote from Clay, we knew right then and there that we wanted to work with him as our project manager. He took detailed pictures of our roof so that they could have clear reference points for the quote, possible installation, and post-installation check-up. His professionalism matches his genuine enthusiasm to meet the needs of his clients! When we met with Chris and Clay at their ProLevel Oviedo office, they were very thorough helping us to choose what would match our house and our preferences best. Right before the installation, we had clear and detailed instructions on how to prepare the surroundings. Their crew consists of hardworking and amazingly organized people who work until they make sure that not even one nail is left behind post-removal of the old roof which is quite a messy process. They use high-end equipment to catch those big nails, and after a long and hard work day, they give this process 100% of their energy as that's as important as replacing the roof! Clay took pictures of the roof and the way the crew cleaned the surroundings so that we were reassured about the whole process and that we had a safe environment around our house if we wanted to walk around. The crew finished the job in 2 days, and they arrived before 7 am and started at 7:01 sharp on both days! They were so in-sync within their group that we were amazed by their constant working until they finished the job. Each member knew what to do exactly on the job (well-rehearsed and close-knit crew; long-time on the job working with the same company!) The Oviedo inspection results were reassuring their excellent work. Using their reference pictures, Chris and Clay did the final review to make sure that all was perfectly in place. I would recommend ProLevel Roofing to anyone who wants an excellent roof replacement experience with constant, clear, and detailed communication from project managers as well as hard-working workers who are well-trained and well-organized in delivering the job.

I live in a 74 home townhouse community. I contacted ProLevel Roofing as we needed an estimate as we are getting close to needing new roofs. I spoke to both Justin and Chris. Both were extremely professional, and came to our community and walked a few different buildings to get an overview of our roofs. As promised, they presented us with a detailed quote in a timely manner. They didn't pressure us to roof immediately or put in an insurance claim, which is a common occurrence. Although we are not ready to reroof immediately, we will definitely be calling them for an estimate. I feel they are a quality company and the work will be of excellent quality also.
