Delmar, the owner, is a pleasure to deal with. Great communication - timely, professional, and cordial. Even though my first impression was very positive, I decided to higher my own inspector to check the work quality and overall job-site (my house!) condition. The crew received a lot of compliments from that inspector for their professionalism and knowledge, as well we for the care they took to cover the grounds to prevent accidental damages to the A/C and other equipment and to capture all debris. A few questions were promptly answered and resolved. I highly recommend this crew for roof replacement.

Delmar of Williams Top-Quality Roofing was professional,knowledgeable and personable.Courteous and on time.They replaced the poorly constructed 2yr old flat roof on my 1928 home that leaked constantly and caused water damage.I can finally breathe easier knowing no more leaks will rue the day when it rains.Mr.Delmar always kept an open line of communication and addressed any concerns,taught me about how the roofing system is composed,as well as checked in throughout and post new roof installation.
