The entire process was managed and completed in a highly professional manner. The coordination and communication between the company, the homeowner and the installation teams was outstanding. They used top rated materials, the workmanship was excellent, the job site was kept clean and the workers were courteous. Kevin Hill was our business contact and he made our experience flawless. I just had my roof completed by Gulf Coast Roofing and I still can't believe how great the experience was. In 22 years of living in Naples and 21 years of selling real estate, Kevin is the best contractor I've ever dealt with. (And I've dealt with literally hundreds of contractors!!). His communication is excellent - he's always on top of the job and keeps you informed of everything. The process was not only fast, but it was smooth and easy. My only regret is not finding them sooner. (I had another local roofer basically run off with my deposit.) I HIGHLY recommend Gulf Coast Roofing! Extremely professional and trustworthy, which I guess is why they've been doing business in Naples for so many years!

We received a recommendation to use Gulf Coast Roofing, and they performed a repair on our roof in March 2019. A very unprofessional repair person worked for more that a week to do a simple repair, often leaving our roof open after he worked for a couple of hours, and leaving our screens open against our request. The repair cost $2400.
We found a leak in the exact same place In July. Asked for them to come and repair. They finally made it to give an estimate in October. The evaluator informed us on arrival that they do not warranty any of their repairs. After an unprofessional interaction with him, he submitted an estimate for repairs of about $3000. I called the office several times to ask what the warranty would be on this repair, and it they would discount based on their prior work on the exact spot. No response. Can't ever imagine doing business with them. We called another roof repair company, who explained what likely happened with their work, and offered to repair at a lower price. Of course we will use them.

Best roofing company in SWFL hands down. We've been using GCR for years and the quality of their work speaks for itself. Jobs are managed efficiently, everything is communicated upfront, and management is on their A game. Really appreciate everything these guys do and would not hesitate to recommend them for your next roofing project. Hire them - you won't regret it.

Was a bit disappointed with this company. I was leary in the beginning with email communication. Very short and vague emails, no greeting, no signature so I would know who to contact if needed, just short sentences in response which appears rude. Not saying they are rude, but it appears that way on email.
The person who came out was 15 minutes late. No phone call to say they would be late or an apology. He was friendly just unprofessional. He was here maybe 10 minutes... didn't even get on the roof, inspect the attic or take time to ask me any questions. Then he sent me an estimate for $4,500 when I had two other estimates for $1,800 and $2,000 from companies that actually got on the roof, inspected the attic and interior, and spent a lot of time with me asking questions to understand what is going on. Gulf coast roofing did only the interior and apparently could see everything on the roof from the ground.
I wouldn't recommend.

Gulf coast roofing responded to my inquiry almost immediately which was very impressive post hurricane Ian. I needed a small repair and they were very courteous, professional and responsive. They didn’t try to talk me into costly repairs and unnecessary services. They came, they saw, they repaired, and the price was reasonable. I would call them again in a heartbeat for any roofing needs in the future.
