Moore roofing repaired major roof damage caused by Screens over Marco installing a new cage. Broken tiles, Bend up my drip edge all along the facia. Highly recommend Moore roofing. Not so much for Screens over Marco. Thanks Jamie

Moore roofing was responsive and easy to communicate with. I called them for a repair on one of my rentals that had a leak. They got out right away to check the issue and got me quote on the schedule right away. Completed as scheduled and they have just been a great company to deal with all around, which is becoming more and more rare around here with the influx.

There was a 3” lead stack that the flashing was in bad shape. When it rained water leaked into the roof and found its way to my bath light and leaked into the sink !
I called Moore Roofing and there rep came out .. went up in the attic and found the issue.. he explained what he found and would get right on the issue. This was on Friday 7-15-22 on Saturday 7-16-22 the repair was fixed .
Within 24 hrs. My problem was solved THANK YOU MOORE ROOFING TEAM !

At best they were there in a timely fashion. Work was completed satisfactorily. Not the most beautiful job. Also some screws not securily screwed in.
While washing my metal roof, I observed a portion of my roof vent that was installed with a downward dip. Which over a period of years that the roof was supposed to be guaranteed rusted a hole in our roof.
When we contacted the company for the workmanship warranty. We were advised that since there had been a hurricane the year before our warrant expired they would not honor the warranty and quoted us $850.00 to fix there poor workmanship.
I feel that moore roofing co. Is getting by on there reputation of being in business for 20 years and that they do not feel they need to stand by there work.
This is not easy for me to write a bad review because I also have a business. But I stand behind my work and make it right.

Excellent roofing co. Moore Roofing repaired a botched up new roof installed by a large roofing co. out of Ft. Lauderdale. The new tile roof was installed after hurricane Irma. Their 10 year warranty on labor and material was worthless. Jamie, the job estimator for Moore came and immediately identified the leaking issues. No flashing installed in cricket and valley areas when new roof was installed. Price and timeline was agreed on. The crew came on the day scheduled and worked from early morning until late afternoon for 4 days. They were respectful of all areas of house and landscaping they came in contact with. Beautiful job when finished. All debris cleaned up. No extra charges or fees. Moore did a great job on my Marco Island home roof. I would use the again and highly recommend them.

This company is the best. I needed someone to come inspect and repair roof tiles. They responded quickly and did the job the very next day. I recommend them to anyone for roofing issues. Jamie is concerned about his customers and I will definitely use them in the future when needed. The world needs more folks like Jamie.

Purchased a house inside a neighborhood and the HOA had the previous owner take care of some broken tiles on the roof. Today, they showed up unannounced, and took a picture of MY SECURITY cam and walked away. Other people began climbing on the roof to do something.
This company has been there 4 times to fix a few tiles. Each time they do something different. Last time they put mismatched tiles on my roof and the HOA decided they didn't like it cuz they didn't match. (Go figure) The company had to come back again and paint the tiles to "hopefully" match the roof to the HOA's liking. They have no communication. They don't answer emails. I called today to verify it was them and the lady said yes, we have a crew over there right now painting tiles. After I told them, I saw the crew on my security cameras on my roof, she blew me off and said, well, if you need anything else, just let me know". You ain't getting paid until it's done right!! Next time follow up on an email and let the homeowner know you are coming over. Will never use this company again. Wish the previous owner never called them. Horrible!

These guys rock! They were all over my house like a cheap suit! From the start to the finish they were very professional and very responsive. Jamie was a great guy to deal with, knows his stuff and was there to check on everything. I watched the entire new roof installation and was extremely impressed. I give them 10 stars out of 5!
