CAK builders did a wonderful job on our new roof. The workmanship was so good and professional that many of my neighbors asked me for their number. They did my next door neighbors roof after they finished mine.The owner is honest and very trustworthy. He kept all his promises and exceeded all our expectations and even more. I will use them again and would recommend them to family and friends. You won't be disappointed trust me..

Working with CAK roofers was a pleasure. They didn’t ask for money until the permit was approved and the work started. The whole project lasted just one week including the final inspection. Workers were courteous. The property was left clean after each working day. After the end, everything was left spotless. They even washed the front porch and the driveway. Chuck, the owner, communicated every step of the process. The company is very reliable and trustworthy. They did what they promised in the timely manner. This is the kind of company I could do business on the handshake, and I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

My new roof replacement is "finally" completed! It was a long process getting my new roof the way I wanted it! Certain little errors had to be corrected and it took Chuck, to come out and see what I was talking about. Chuck, was patient, very understanding and very, very professional at all times. Even though I was disappointed and upset he was determined to make sure I was satisfied and happy with my brand new roof. Chuck, made sure that all the certain little errors was 100% properly done. I understand he's a busy guy and can't be in 2-3 places at one time, making sure the work is being done properly. Even though he was tied up in work, he made sure to call me, if he wasn't able to reach me he left a voice message and he also waited patiently till I've arrived home from work. I didn't have to show him any of the little errors I had dealing with my new roof, he was able to see them for himself. Without me even showing them to him. It's a learning experience being a 1st time home-owner, to having a 20+ year old roof replaced. I'm happy and also satisfied with my new roof and the changes that has been corrected as well.
