Staff was very professional, polite and gave a family oriented type of vibe. The ladies at the front have superb customer service and greet their returning or usual guests by name which is ALWAYS a plus. Can't wait to go back to see how well their massages are!!!

I have just started coming to this location for my chiropractic needs and I will say I have not been disappointed in the slightest bit yet. The staff is super nice, fast, and super efficient. Each visit of mine has not been longer than hour in length. I barely have to say anything when I go in. They have a bunch of different methods for all types of stretches, treatments, and adjustments. Just scheduled my next appointment.

I had extremely high hopes for this office based on the reviews, so I’m a little sad and disappointed by the lack of follow through. I called to get my mother scheduled for an evaluation. The woman asked for my mother’s name, insurance information, DOB, and phone number. I provided her with everything and was informed my mother should receive a call in about 48-72 hours, as they needed to verify her benefits first. A week later, and no call, I followed up. The woman I spoke with said she was out of the office the day I initially called and would pass my message on to the person who filled in for her that day. My information was taken, and I was told I would hear back from them. Two weeks later, still no follow up. Instead of calling again and begging someone to do their job, I’ll be finding another physical therapist for my mom, as this experience has left me unsure if she’ll be in good hands. If the ball gets dropped on something this simple, I’d rather send her elsewhere. They took her insurance and personal information just to do nothing, which is a little unnerving during a time when identity theft is so common.

Edit: In fairness, I would like to update my review to reflect that my mother was finally contacted. I will reserve any further updates until after her appointment to accurately reflect the entirety of her experience.

My experience today with Goldson spine was amazing treated me well with my issue and I left feeing better than before.

I want to give a shout out to Dr. Koi and his team. Very knowledgeable, extremely professional and an amazing personality.

I came in about 2 months ago with back issues and the progress that has occurred week in and out is amazing. With his direction and my efforts we have been able to accomplish our goal.

Remember it takes two to achieve the desired goal. They definitely do their part so make sure you do yours.

Again thank you Dr. Koi for your guidance and help. I feel like a new person.

This is the chiropractic office I have ever been in. The staff is very well knowledge and professional. I came in not able to walk and one of the therapists noticed it right away. Did a treatment and I left walking much better. Doctor Koi is the best. I recommend this office to anyone that is having back pain.
