Erik & rest of therapists are very considerate and thorough while making you the best you can be.
I would recommend them to everyone!
I had a total knee replacement and I am already walking on my own without a struggle. I was able to tolerate everything.
They are pretty good working out the schedule also.
It’s been a great experience.
assist me. Boy was I wrong. Never went back!
Will not recommend this company to anyone.
When I first contacted the facility to verify that they are within my insurance network, the person I spoke with ran my insurance and told me my initial co-pay would be $50 and all subsequent sessions would be $7.50.
After my first visit I was told the initial co-pay was $75, which I paid, contradicting what I was told.
When I arrived for my second session I was told that the co-pay for each visit would be $75 not $7.50. I was very upset and asked why it now changed, they had no specific answer except that incorrect information was given to me.
They asked if I was able to attend once a week instead of twice, I said no, I could not afford that high of a co-pay .
A therapist overhead the conversation and came up to me and offered me printed material of exercises I can do at home. She was very sympathetic. There was another patient in the waiting area listening to this entire conversation.
When I got home I called my insurance company to verify that the information given to me was indeed correct.
Surprisingly, none of it was. I should have never been charged the initial $75, this does not apply to physical therapy visits. In addition, each visit is covered by a $30 co-pay not $75.
I chose not to go back to this facility for continuation of my therapy.
They need to re-educate the person giving out insurance information to patients or review their questionable billing practices, or maybe both.
