Davide Italian Cafe

We have enjoyed wonderful dinners at Davide's for over 10 years, but this year at Christmas time it was " magical ." Davide makes every guest feel like he / she is the most important guest dining there at that time. The food selections are excellent and his staff & chef's will cater to your special requests. Simply delicious and we enjoy every visit !

We ate outside on the sidewalk and enjoyed great service and live music while we dined. Entres pictured left to right: the special that night was shrimp and crab over their homemade pasta shells, Puttanesca with substitution of Angel hair pasta, Pasta al Forno, Bolognese substituted with Gnocchi and Spaghetti con Polpetti. The bread they start you with is likely not made in house and not that great, but if you are hungry it helps tie you over. We enjoyed our food and the experience, but would not rate the food 5 star. It's good, but not 5 star.

Excellent place to have our last dinner on vacation. The owner was awesome and made us feel at home and our server was perfect. Highly recommended for quality Italian food done correctly. Every dish our party ordered was delicious, we all shared. 10/10

We love Davide’s pizza. We LOVE his pastas and wine selections. Tonight we enjoyed a 2016 Brunelo Montalcina from “La Togata” paired with Home made pastas and seafood. The entertainment is always wonderful too. The servings are always enough but not too much. This is one of our favorite places to have dinner. ALL GOOD!!

Food was good, wine was overpriced but good selections, waiter could use deodorant. Live music was a nice touch, but a little too loud for easy conversations.

This place is superb! I am always looking for Italian that is as good if not better than mine. This place is very good. I had the lasagna bolegnese, wow ! The mushroom risotto was a little over cooked, but wow was it packed with flavor. This place can really serve tremendously good dishes. I will be back to visit again.

I was visiting from Michigan and decided to try this place based on customer reviews. I chose a table outside and was offered water and bread while I navigated the menu. I didn’t care for the bread. It was dry and lacked flavor. My meal started with a salad with the most delicious dressing. There were far too many onions on the salad for my liking, but the salad was delicious. I like a good bolognese and this place did not disappoint. The sauce was flavorful with plenty of nice-sized pieces of meat. The penne pasta was cooked to perfection! The only disappointment I had was with the server. She came out once to take my order and I never saw her again. I ended up leaving more than enough cash to cover my meal and left the restaurant without seeing my bill. Nonetheless, if I were in the area again I would definitely return for another meal.
