Bleak and gloomy experience that completely embodies the gloomy location it’s in. Not much smiles or friendly employees here. Cashier was not friendly at all, however she wasn’t rude. Always a little bit slow. Sauce containers I asked on the side were not even halfway filled leaving me with too little sauce. Truly a sub-par experience.

Our experience at the Subway on US-92 and Combee Road was the worst. The woman behind the counter was rude. She was throwing our food about. She crushed my autistic grandsons sandwich. She told one customer it wasn't her day. Subway employees have always been great-but NOT this employee.

I know they are ready to go but locking the door 15-20 mins early when your sign says you close at 10pm is not cool.. I also tried calling a couple times before that and no answer so that would have been 30 early they locked up..

I have been going here quite awhile and today is first time I'm totally dissatisfied with the service. Asked for footlong pros and was charged for them but not what I recieve from the other employees. Asked for toasted and bread was still cold. Asked for extra mayo and hardly was none. My husband was so mad about his untoasted sub he no longer wants a sub from there so basically I spent 16 dollars to not have it made right

Their recent remodel looks so more streamlined and brighter. Food order was made faster n efficient too

Store is very unprofessional. As soon as we got there the employee was cussing up a store. Not to mention they served expired drinks 🤮🤢 never going to another subway..

Very disappointed with the male employee that worked Saturday Night & with Manager Justine, she obviously don't return phone calls & they don't answer the phone very often, your lucky if they answer.The employee that worked Saturday night NEVER made my subs that I ordered online Sat.He is rude. I've been going here for about 6 yrs & never been treated the way he did!.

The lady making the sandwiches was high and couldn’t even make my sandwiches was putting things I didn’t ask for on my sandwich in my face and told me I did ask for it and I got Wednesday meal of the day 3.99 (before tax) and they charged me $6.19 and all it was was a turkey breast sandwich horrible experience and they didn’t even have lids for the drinks
