Subway

Dont go to this subway the main manager is a lyer,she discriminates against people, she's exstreamly judgmental. Very rude to people who are waiting for a ride but also have spent ALOTE of money in there while waiting. Don't work here and don't eat here. I have owned my own business in the past and have NEVER EVER treated people the way she does. Lousy management and even worse customer service. Plus lyers and discrimination there.

Long day of running various errands. Stopped for a quick grab on my way home to wife and kids.

Staff member was polite to take and complete the order. The 5-10 minutes waiting before being serviced and the lack of acknowledgment as I wish the two staff a good night on my way out just felt cold and unwelcoming.

There were only two staff and two customers on a slow night. I guess I di not pretend for staff to be excited about my visit but a sincere smile would have gone a long way.

The sandwich artist that helped me with my order was very sweet and likeable. The power went out after I paid for my order and the two ladies that were there handled it like a champ.

This particular Subway is run by a bunch of people who think it's okay to discriminate against the less fortunate for spending money in their restaurant. I wouldn't recommend anyone wearing a backpack come here, because you might be at risk of being accused of a multitude of unjustified wrongs that you didn't actually commit. I've been accused of asking people to buy me food from here, taking "showers" in their restroom and was told I couldn't come back because I was "stealing" paper towels from the restroom. People like this don't deserve to be in business, and companies that hire people like this don't deserve your hard-earned money.

Excellent customer service and I can’t lie the best sandwiches I’ve ever eaten are from this location, the employees here really do know how to prepare a good sandwich

This place has a very large dining space which allows for social distance dining. It is open for dining and is kept clean. You can order ahead with the Subway app and pick it up as soon as it's ready. The service is quick and the staff are efficient and polite. Easily one of the better Subway locations

I guess I picked the wrong Sunday to bring my son and niece for lunch. The level of customer service I received today was as if my business wasn’t needed. The young lady with the green and purple hair talked to us as if she was bothered and didn’t want to help. Her attitude was not welcoming or warming. She had an ear piece in asking the same questions over and seemed annoyed when I expressed I answered her. Her body language slamming things and just the whole experience was horrible. Even when leaving she rolled her eyes and proceeded to talk to the next customer but gave him a better greeting. Not playing the race card but her tone was completely different with him. I will never return not that it matters much. But you should teach your employees to treat each customer the same and in a better mood. Not great representation for a company

We have another subway closer to our home but this one is better and we don't want to order from the Oviedo location ever again. They have great social distancing inside and the plexiglass is a plus including a good established distance between customers, food and staff. Super clean, spacious, efficient and pleasant customer service are also good reasons to keep coming back. Happy to have returned to this location after a very long hiatus.
