Mango's Dockside Bistro

Our party of 8 had a great experience at Mango’s! We were seated with no wait (didn’t know that was possible on Marco! 😂) The drinks were delicious and the service was great. Victor took care of us and got the kids meals out early. Our apps were awesome (try the conch fritters and edamame!) and the entrees and sushi were delicious. Highly recommend Mango’s and our server Victor!

Very nice place to have a bite to eat! Fast service and friendly staff. I had the jalapeno hush puppies for starters. Not as spicy as I was hoping for, but very tasty. My wife had the Coconut Shrimp and I had sushi. Both were excellent. Will definitely be back to try something different when we visit Marco Island again.

We tried Mango’s because a friend suggested it.
We ordered the conch fritters. I would give them 2-3 stars. The conch was very rubbery! Some of it was inedible. I’ve had good conch before. It doesn’t need to be super tough. Like calamari, if cooked properly, it can be tender and enjoyable. These were not good. They were served in a unique sauce. I’m not sure what it was- kind of sweet. Then it had a spicy aioli sauce on the side.
We split a virgin piña colada since I had a 2 hour drive back to Miami. It was very good!
I had the quinoa power bowl with the blackened mahi-mahi on top. It was really good. I had some leftover to take home. My niece had a Cesar salad since she wasn’t too hungry. She said it was good.
The real issue I have with this place is that we sat outside to enjoy the view, but there were SO MANY flies!!! I could not eat my food! I was constantly swatting the flies away. I had to hold my bowl close to me and shovel the food in. It was absolutely horrible! They need fans or something to keep the flies away from customers food. I guess next time I’ll have to sit inside if I want to enjoy my food.
I also think it was a bit expensive. Our bill was over $50 before tip for 2 salads and a virgin drink (over rubbery conch). So, I’ll probably try another place when I return to Marco Island.

Great restaurant on the water at a marina. Attractive ambiance. Indoor and deck seating. They have a seafood menu and a separate large sushi menu. Good quality sushi. Friendly service and attentive management. Will definitely come back.
Park in the lot or in the garage.

Very nice service and the avocado hamburger was delicious. The seafood Chowder is a must.
Insane dining is really nice but the outdoors dining is beautiful.

First time visiting and overall was a good stop. Service was a little inattentive. The conch fritters were perfect, while the shrimp roll was flat, without flavor. The whiskey burger was good and the poke bowl that the wife had scored well with her. I would not advise anyone to eat the Mango slaw …. 🤢🤮 it is awful

Dock front seating. Beautiful views. Wonderful service. Outrageously delicious blackened grouper tacos sealed the deal. Such a wonderful lunch in a beautiful place. Can not recommend more highly.

Nice restaurant in Marco Island very good location with a view of the Marina. We ordered a Caprese Flatbread. I enjoyed the fresh basil and mozzarella but the tomatoes were not specially flavorful. My husband enjoyed the French Dip Panini. The portions were generous. Service is good and prices are reasonable. It is a nice place to enjoy the sun, the breeze and the view.
