03-2022 - update - I went to this location today at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday to have breakfast. I was told by the staff on duty that I could not eat breakfast in the dining room that I can only order through the drive-thru. If Taco Bell ever wants to build their breakfast service to compete with Burger King at McDonald's they need to have consistency. There was no legitimate reason why I could not eat breakfast in the dining room. This location has poor customer service

02-2022 - I went for breakfast the prices are much more reasonable than McDonald's or Burger King breakfast. The food was good and hot

We decided to wat in for lunch. They were acting busy but there were not a lot of customers. Drive thru wasn't too Took about 7 minutes for our food to come out. It was pretty good but the chilupa shell was stale. The soda station and tables were dirty. They came out and cleaned it when they saw me taking pictures. There was an employee laying in the corner booth on break in the lobby with dirty tables. Over all it was an ok experience. I would give them one more shot if I was in the area. Looks like these employees need a boost.

Right now it's the best taco bell in the county. Keep up the great work. I'ce hit this place up at every hour of the day and night and they are on point every single time. I'm so blown away how they can actually serve their food hot and literally no other location can figure that out. Seriously it's kinda amazing how much better this location is than the others. Let's hope it stays that way.

Unable to get a order right. Last several visits I have either been missing food, or got the complete wrong order. This most receipt visit, I even had the order written down on a piece of paper so they could double check they got it right. Still wrong. They can’t get it together.

The food was wrong and made sloppily but the service was even worse! People were literally walking out because no one would take their order. Definitely cancelling this charge on my card since no one at the Taco Bell will answer the phone to make it right. This is the newest and worst Taco Bell in Hernando County. 👎

I came through the drive-thru yesterday morning before work for a Crunchwrap meal and ended up receiving a totally different order. I was late rushing to work so I wasn’t able to wait for them to fix it (this has happened to me more than once at this location). I called in and let them know that I would coming back the following morning for my correct order. I spoke with Natasha this morning who claims she was working yesterday morning and stated that she didn’t receive a phone call about an incorrect order. I gave her my name and the time I went through the drive thru. So apparently since I don’t have a receipt (because your employee didn’t provide me one) and you claim you didn’t speak to anyone on the phone, I wasted money on a breakfast that I didn’t even get to eat and cannot have replaced. This location is a joke and they don’t care about customer satisfaction whatsoever.

Rude and lazy employee (older gal with the walker) looked at me when I was next in line then said I’ll be with you in a minute — then left for several minutes. After returning to counter ignored me. I asked her to check on me order she dismissively waved her hand at me and said “im sure it’s coming” without checking.

I feel bad for the two other gals working hard!!

Great service. I loved the attitude of the young lady at the drive thru. She was awesome. My food was fresh and hot.
