Jersey Mike's Subs

Jersey Mike’s is the best sub chain around the area. Hands down! Might even go as far to saying it has become better than Publix subs in the past couple of years. This particular location is always very friendly and accommodating. They’re always on the ball and have never had an order messed up or issues at all here. Great customer service and always great subs!

Food is tasty, and the location has been remodeled.

However, if I'm being honest, interacting with the team members is the best part of the experience and what separates them from the competition. They seem like they really want to get to know you, and for a lot of customers, they remember how you like your sub prepared or even details you've previously mentioned about your personal life.

Lately, though, everyone seems to disappear into the back after completing your order and reappearing when someone new walks in. Possibly due to work tasks, but lessens the appeal as mentioned above.

The owner is hands-on and can often be found working alongside the employees.

I normally don't write reviews, I only leave stars, but this time I feel that leaving a comment is necessary, because for as far back as I can recall right now, I don't believe that I have ever been to a business with such friendly, helpful & welcoming employees as I encountered on my 1st ever trip to Jersey Mike's Subs or any other business that I've been to over the years. The food is great, the people & service were great, even the other customers I think we're positively effected by the atmosphere. Highly recommend!!

I LOVE JERSEY MIKE'S! Always has the best subs!! I also like their chocolate chip cookies. Far superior to subway, firehouse or Jimmy John's, actually in an entirely different league.

Pretty good turkey sub, fixed just right. Nice and juicy. This sub is definitely a winner, fast delivery too. Also tried the Philly Cheesesteak, was not so impressed there. It was a great looking sandwich, plenty of meat. Just not like the turkey sub. Last half of the sub pictured (I already chowed down the first half.)😉

My order got stolen and I waited longer than expected. Manager refunded my order and I wasn't even giving them grief. So happy to experience real customer service. Bravo!

Great food, super great staff. Can't beat Jersey Mike's.
