New China

Thank goodness there's finally a good Chinese restaurant nearby... we have been waiting for this a long time. As fast food Chinese restaurants go, this is a cut above. Excellent service, great egg rolls and they dont complain about special orders!! Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for good food.

The food was mushy and very inconsistent the last few times ordering. I would not recommend. It’s a shame because in the beginning it was better quality.

For starters, the cashier- Michael- was one of the friendliest, most knowledgeable and accommodating customer facing individuals I have encountered in the food industry. My first time ever ordering Chinese, and he had great suggestions, knew the menu, and didn't rush me into making a decision. The other employee I had contact with, I have to imagine he is a manager (maybe owner?), was named Janson, and he was so personable, ensured I received my order quickly, and that everything was satisfactory. And as award winning as the service was, the food was just as good. A five star experience, but at a fraction of the cost. Could not more strongly recommend.

This place is around the corner from me so it’s my preferred spot for takeout. There isn’t anything really special about the food here and it depends on what you order if it’s good or not. The mei fun, sweet and sour pork, and lo mein are all decently good. I loooove their egg rolls! Now yes the customer service isn’t great but this is a hole in the wall takeout place so that’s also fine w me. What I wish they would do is improve the fried rice, improve the main dishes bc anything that is a meat, vegetable and sauce dish all taste exactly the same and pretty bland. Don’t order these dishes. I also want fortune cookies w my order. Sometimes you get one sometimes none but I want a cookie for every dish I order (at least one cookie per person eating). I’ve also had 2 instances of them forgetting to put the sweet and sour sauce in my bag. Lucky it’s so close I just drove back and got it but that would be annoying if I was farther out. Anyway I do like this place for the dishes they consistently make well. And the egg rolls. Oh and large portions and not very expensive are pluses too.

There are more germs in this little shop then the entire rest of the buildings put together. Food was done quick but that's because they clearly didn't wash the pan in between orders. Bathrooms were insanely disgusting I've never been more disgusted in a bathroom Ever.

The people there were very nice and pleasant to talk to and the restaurant cook was fast and the store was clean and smelled great like Chinese food. As a person who loves Chinese food this is definitely the place to go to, it's close, the prices are great, and overall the restaurant was very clean and the people there were just amazing and kind to me and many other customers.

Have tried this place 3 times on recommendation from others and it's close to home....can't say I love it. It's Chinese food not gourmet cuisine but not enough heat/spice for me, wife says food is greasy, just not the best Chinese food so we'll probably make a drive to a further takeout place in the future. I do like there online order system which was efficient and we got there within 15 minutes and food was ready so they have honed order entry, safe pickup, with good packaging.

Sadly this is the worst customer service I have ever received. BEWARE of ordering online. My order stated what it would come with and after I got home it was not in the bag. I called to tell them what happened and there was no apology only that I must have looked at an old menu. The menu and ordering was directly from their website, I preordered and paid online. I printed out the sheet showing what I should have received per their online website, brought it back to the store in order to get what was missing and show them and the women that handles the front looked at the sheet got my missing item and gave no apology, she said nothing. I spent over 25 minutes driving to and from to get the missing item. I will not be back.
