The worst customer service I've ever experienced. After placing my order online, I went inside to wait a bit not knowing the staff would have me wait half an hour. Got the food went home checked the items. To my disbelief the food was thrown in sloppy made some items had missing ingredients. The nastiest & slowest fast food experience. $25 dollars and over a half-hour later did not retain me as a customer.

this place is the most crappiest taco bell i’ve been to , every single time i go. i have to go back because they mess up half of my food. if it wasn’t teenagers goofing around , and if there manager wasn’t a teenager , maybe the food would go out properly and i wouldn’t have to waste my money on nasty a** food in the end. i hope this actually gets reviewed and that the corporation of taco bell understands they are going downhill.

Went through the drive through but Shelly took care of our order and got it perfect! I think she said Megan and John made our food (we're a little tired, just drove 18 hours to get here) but I hope I got the names right because our food was delicious!! Perfectly made, came out fast and Shelly was a delight at the drive through! Thank you for making my husband's old favorite local spot (by his high school) just as perfect today!! Will come again!!

I stopped here omw home from a long shift. The staff held me captive in the drive through for 30 minutes while they fulfilled Grub Hub orders. The manager completely ignored the fact that drive through orders cannot exit the line!

Always so slow and your order is never right! After trying to dine in and after ordering at the kiosk watch 8 cars go by and waiting almost 30 minutes we ask for a refund. The manager was completely rude. The refunding process then took another almost 20 minutes!!!! Just absolutely ridiculous.! Food not worth that when youre just trying to get a quick meal. Never again.

Ordered a 3 crunchy taco meal with hot sauce and a Dr Pepper. I added a Mexican Pizza. Total rounded up for charity was 14.00 dollars. Get home to eat, I have 1 taco, a burrito, and my Mexican Pizza. Oh yeah a large Dr Pepper, no hot sauce. Seriously. What is the problem. It was 715 at night. No one behind me at the drive through. Unfortunately complaining is worthless. Taco Bell in Satellite Beach is horrible. For a small beach community your food should served without mistakes. Its not like SB is a metropolis. I guess you really have to check your food at the drive through. Everyone local town knows this place suck, but we like Taco Bell. Just not this one.

Don’t get soft tacos at the Taco Bell on Hwy A1A in Satellite Beach. No cheese, onions, nothing… just a small amount of beef.

This taco bell has historically for me, had poor accuracy in completing my orders. Today, I ordered a grilled cheese burrito with chicken, instead of beef for someone intolerant of beef. Chicken instead of beef was repeated back to me by the girl working drive through. Only two items were ordered this visit. Of course being a drive through order, this discovery wasn't made until I arrived at home. Shame on the negligence continuously displayed at this location.
