Pizza Hut

Holy smokes. What a disaster of a store. I waited over 2 hours for my order. After 1 hour and 20 minutes, 30 minutes after my order was supposed to arrive, I called a dozen times only getting a busy tone. Finally it rang and it went to the Kendall store which was assisting in taking orders and could not give me ANY information about this store. Not even store manager name. They transferred me to the store and a girl would come on the line every 5 minutes just to quickly say "One moment please" and without waiting for an answer I would just be placed on hold. This happened until 25 minutes later that they just hung up the phone. I called again and got a hold of the Kendall store. They could not give me ANY info even when I asked for the name of the Kendall manager.

I was transferred to the store again and placed on hold. This time no one ever came on the line. I drove to the store while on hold to a crowd of angry customers all with their own nightmare stories. My pizza was still sitting there waiting to go out with a driver. The pizza was cold. I don't know how long it must've been sitting in that warmer for it to be cold. I demanded a refund.

Do yourself a favor. Stay away! Absolute trash service. Trash communication. Trash pizza. This store should just be erased off the planet. We will never order from this Pizza Hut location again and I will tell everyone the same.

Horrible quality of pizza, and chicken wings.
Ordered for carryout which is supposed to be much faster than delivery, website said 10-20 minutes would be ready, when I arrived the place was packed, waited for 1 hour for my order to be ready.
Pizza tasted horrible, and bbq chicken wings looks like a chicken soup.
Will never order from this place again.

I am current sitting in here waiting for my pizza. The young lady told me it would take 10 mins, that was 20 minutes ago, and I placed in my order at 6:45. People have come in after me complaining about them putting in orders at 6:50 and 6:55 and are getting their incorrect orders before me. I only had a calzone. Ridiculous. The purpose of calling in advance is to avoid having to wait. I guess I should of done delivery but considering the complaints about delivery I would say staying away from here all together is the best option.

After 2 hours of waiting my food never came. Couldn't contact the store without them giving attitude and leaving me on hold for 20 minutes

These people do not wear gloves ,, I ask the Spanish guy why don’t you have on gloves and he told me we do not wear gloves and they would not let me speak to the supervisor

The employees don’t speak good English and they don’t know how to do a credit or debit card transaction. They were so puzzled over the phone. They need customer service and business transaction skills. And an employee that can speak English would be helpful.

The staff was VERY disrespectful. Even though we gave exact change, we gave an extra penny, so when I asked for it back, the staff was like, "You want a PENNY back?". Overall, worst Pizza Hut experience.

Pizza hut charge $18.99 for 12 chicken wings however you are really only getting 6 wings, if you put them together.
The wings were seasoned very good.
