I got here at a few minutes till closing and without hesitation this group fired the cleaned grill back up and cooked my food, even after I gave them a way out by saying..I didn’t make it in time did I… After me, two other customers walked up and they cooked for them also! they are all working together to make sure everyone is served… No snide comments or dirty looks… they are just jumping in and putting the customer 1st… . Tamaiya and Kaity were just amazing, please tip them very well when you come to this store!!!

Long wait time and they messed up my order pretty bad. I ordered the avocado bacon and they completely left it out. It’s not a cheap burger. The lettuce looked really bad and they completely forgot my husbands other patty.

Came in at 10:45am, 15mins before they opened. Was told to come back at 11am. I came back and put a order in for only 2 burgers, nothing else. I waited for 20 mins and ended up having to cancel my order. I was told they had a big order they needed to fill which is why it took so long. I get it, if you have a big order it makes things stressful but that is no excuse to ignore your other customers. There was one other guy in line with me and he also ended up canceling his order right after mine. Terrible service I will NEVER come back to this location again.

Felix the assistant manager is a star. The whole team worked together like a well oiled machine. Extremely clean, and very fast. The food was prepared to perfection and made a fast food experience a luxurious one. Felix is making this a success and I can see him going to succeed at anything in the future. Well done!

Meh. Best I can say. This place was so hyped up. The sandwiches were good. Nothing spectacular. You get very little for what you pay. There are a lot of other better options around. The service was fine. Rushed, but okay.

Honestly, I love coming to eat here. The staff is always great I come but today I interacted with Kenny and he’s just an incredible guy. Super kind, generous, and his staff always speaks highly of him. Love me some Shake Shack!

First time trying Shake Shack and I wasn’t really impressed with the food. Service was fine, however we ordered on the screens and just picked it when ready so nothing spectacular. The burger was ok. Nuggets and fries weren’t my favorite. But the root beer float was good.

FANTASTIC! Our first experience at a Shake Shack. Chicken sandwich has a marvelous herb dressing, super tender chicken, lightly breaded. The burger cooked just right, great bun, crinkle fries, done just right!
