Talk about outrageous on price and wait time!! Do NOT use their order online tool. I ordered online for JUST a salad, after checkout, said it would be ready in 20 minutes. Over an hour later when my husband was able to make it there, they "never got the order". Told him they would make it in a hurry, 30 minutes later he finally left. 30 minutes. For a regular garden salad. Now, the salad, they cut two slices of tomato in half, 2 cucumbers in half, I found 5 black olives, n less than 10 small chunks of green peppers...for over 7 dollars....biggest waste of time and money. (When u order from there, check online prices first...adding bacon JUST bacon was almost 4 dollars PER PIZZA!!!) We opted for dominos....money was spent much better there...and u can add bacon to ur pizza without paying almost the price of an entire pizza...for one topping...i added a pic of there expensive regular salad...looks way different than what it's said to be...

When our pizza got here it looked like it was dropped or something. All smashed into top and side of boxes. Driver didn't even try to apologize. Opened the 2 liter drink that came with it and it went everywhere!

Watched kitchen staff handling all the produce meat included with their bare hands. Service was very bad a little lady was extremely rude. Also there was no sauce on the pizza. And didn’t get crust that we requested and paid for.

We called n ordered 2 large pizzas,a large cheezebread,and a mountain due as a family meal.... was first charged 51.42$..... I called back n was told coupons had been added..... so I looked online and he should have charged me only 28.99 plus a delivery fee.... so I called back and had it corrected to the sum of 45.13.... after waiting an hour the food arrives and the teenager went and payed a 50$ n brought in the food.... to our surprise it was 1 pizza short! So I call yet again and after 20 mins on hold we r told no one knows we're our pizA went but that they had closed n couldn't make us a new one so the manager Matthew said he'd have the driver bring us our money back.... which he did nothing! So as far as I am concerned Matthew stole 50$ and a pizza from us! I will be waiting at the store when the doors open in the morning! I have never been treated so poorly and unless Matthew is fired I'll not eat here ever again! And I will be sure to share r my story with the world

I received the wrong order and cause I didn't call back the same.night mind you it's a school night and work and school are the next day I lost track of time and was assisted by such a rude manager. Horrible service.

I came into hungry Howie's to order my daughter a antipasto salad the place closed in like 3 minutes I told the guy that I could just come back tomorrow with a smile he told me no problem he did not mind a bit making me a salad I really really appreciate that I wish I would have got the guy's name

My order was never received even the second time they sent it out with a refund. I waited 3 hours for food. The delivery guy drove to the wrong house and they had to remake which took another hour and a half but still never received.

The people who take the phone orders are always patient and offer deals they have, they always get our order right and the delivery drivers are awesome,they don't even get upset when you don't have much left over for a tip. Even tho they get paid anyway I have had people get mad when you couldn't give them $5 or more but I have never experienced that with your driver's,always polite,and have a great attitude. They food is always good and please never get rid of the dill pickle crust because I don't think I would survive lol
