Pizza Hut

I really don't know why this location has many bad reviews, for my experiences here have been pleasant. My orders are always delivered on time and everything I have ordered from them is fresh and delicious. My favorite is their freshly baked brownies with Hershey's chocolate chips. It is so soft and it melts easily in the mouth 😋

Ordered a stuffed crust pizza with cheese sticks. I received a hard, stale pizza that was cold and not even able to cut through. And for the “cheese sticks” it was 4 pieces of garlic bread with no cheese or marinara sauce. If I could give this no stars i would

Do yourself a favor and dont order from here $46 for cold pizza and breadsticks this is the 2nd time I've ordered from here and the same thing happened both times
Ordered pizza on app got txt half hour later pizza on way by the time it got delivered was an hour from the time txt was sent so took almost 2 hrs to arrive and was cold will no longer order from here

Ordered here twice and its very unprofessional. My first order was a Detroit style pizza and I can only assume they didn't have the rectangle pizza and made me two hand tossed crust. If you know the Detroit Style pizza has sauce on top because of the thickness of the crust, well these people decided to add sauce on top of a hand tossed pizza which drowned everything. No communication to me that there were no rectangle pizza and no choice to add all of that additional sauce to the top of my pizza. The second attempt to order from this location was when they released the melts. Well, were supposed to get two in each order and we only received one. I suggest no one to pay for their orders until you look at your completed order because the kids that work there aren't capable of communicating nor processing order properly which is a reflection on management.

The service was horrible. My food took over an hour and a half to be delivered.i called and spoke with the manager (Peter) and he argued with me about the order. My receipt don't lie and that was unprofessional of h as a manager.

I love Pizza Hut, it has always been my fav pizza. Cheryl Suarez from store #106 @ 1401 S State Rd 7 , North Lauderdale, FL 33068 is simply amazing. I love it when she brings me my pizza during the day. She is one of the friendliest delivery persons I have ever met.

They canceled my order because my dog was barking in a gate tied up. If I can give them a zero star I would. Call the store to ask why they couldn’t even tell me. This store is horrible and need new people that know what they are doing to run it.

I think it’s pretty clear what’s wrong with the pizza. They RECYCLE pizza slices! I ordered a pan pizza and you can tell which slices were replaced. This also leads me to ask, are they eating the pizzas that are made for other customers. This is ridiculous service. Highly unacceptable.
