Papa Johns Pizza

First off, I started to order off line but was having difficulty, so I ended up calling in my order. After asking about the specials, I was told that if you want specials, you have to order off line. Which made zero sense to me, but I digress....After ordering 2 large pizzas. One was a thin crust with 2 toppings costing And a brownie and a soda. I was charged 60.58 + I gave a tip of 11.00 for a pm grand total of $71.58...onr

The pizzas I got was really good. One was the works with pepperoni stuffed crust was really good and the other one was the meats pizza and added jalapeno and extra cheese. That's the one I liked most out of the two. They done a really great job 👍

This location is great! Order is accurate and pizza has a great sauce to cheese ratio. Staff is friendly and my order is usually ready pretty quickly. No complaints!

Ordered a large pizza on September 19th for 24.09 they double charged my credit card so I called to talked to the manager Chris first he said he could not pull it up then he said that I ordered two pizzas for two different prices which I did not ordered one large pizza at 5:00 p.m. he said there was two different charges on my credit card that I bought pizzas but all my credit card statement it says 2409 twice he was very rude and I asked for the corporate number and he told me to look it up

This is the absolute worst pizza joint in Brooksville. Every single time I have ordered in the last six months, they have either 1) not done the order at all, 2) gave me something I didn't order, or 3) made up a fake driver story when they failed to deliver to my son's school for his 16th birthday. Sadly, they didn't call to let me know either so I had a bunch of teenagers waiting on lunch who ended up with nothing due to the window of time and the no notification from Papa John's. Their female Manager took all three of those orders. I can't remember her name but she was unapologetic every time. When I questioned her, she just ignored me or walked away pretending I wasn't there. I have six kids and pizza is our go to on busy nights and birthdays are important! I need a more reliable, honest company in my corner.

I tried the veggie bowl and I am satisfied with it. Happy they came up with something like this because it’s an option I’ve been wanting for from a pizza joint. We get a pizza delivery maybe once every three weeks and we usually order from here. They have not yet missed any items or anything. If we ask for extra, we get extra. Drivers are always nice. Thx.

The only reason it's a 3 is I prefer Papa John's.This location never gets the orders right.

Ask for light sauce, thin crust, well done, square cut and you'll get a glob of barely cook triangles.

Ask for regular crust, heavy sauce, triangle cut, and light cook and it'll be burnt square cut nonsense.

Love Papa John's ingredients but this location ain't it.

Papa John's in Brooksville is the best. All the workers and management are awesome. Food was on point and very delicious with great customer service. If your looking for a delicious pizza. Stop by Brooksville papa John's you will love it.
