Domino's Pizza

Just moved to Coconut Creek and I’ve got to say I miss the Coral Spring’s location. Definitely not the same quality at all. Ordered for delivery which arrived quickly but doesn’t make up for the lack of effort in preparing the food. Pizza came thin crust even though that’s not what I ordered... I guess that’s just how they want to make it at this location. They could not even seem to cut the pizza into slices. We ordered cinnamon knots which had no cinnamon on them. As you can see from the photos they were bare dough knots. This was a call in order and I asked for two icings not only did I receive only one but the printed box only had one as well which means the person on the phone couldn’t even enter it in the system correctly. All of these things put together just shows the lack of food preparation as well as the work ethics of the employees. Won’t be ordering from here again.

Y’all Never Cut The Pizza Fully! Like Damn EveryTimeee Never Fails I’m Not Even Surprised. It Be Good But Damn Cut It Throught My Boys And Sauce The Wings All The Way Yall Scared Of Sauces? At Least Toss The Wings Or At Least Gimme Extra Sauce. Also Stop Cheating On The 2Min Delivery Curbside Yall Be Stopping It Before Yall Get Outside And Bout Time I Get It I Know That Timer Be Up Like I Said Good Food Just A Lil Better With Quality 😊

This Domino’s location gets it and it's refreshing. In a world of Pizza Flavored Food, this Domino’s location always delivers (pun intended). Pizza is always hot. Always well made. Always quick. I'm not a fan of delivered food, so carside carryout is awesome. Great job to the team. You are appreciated.

Went in to pick up my order. Employee with the Dreads. Didn’t acknowledge me once , as I waited 9 minutes to be exact. Looks as if he’s angry at the world. So I left. He never even said hello. Was such a terrible feeling. Left all 5 pizzas that I ordered behind. He didn’t even care that I walked out. If you hate your job that much than maybe quit?

It took them over two hours to get my order out the door and Food was room temp by the time I got it. Usually I’m quite understanding that drivers may be out on delivery when my order comes up ready to go out the door but 2 hours is ridiculous. Driver tried to play it off like his gps brought him to the wrong area but I was watching on the tracker, when it showed he picked it up, he delivered a couple other orders first then mine (which I understand) my complaint is really just about it taking 2 hours for someone to even grab it for delivery.

And as I start telling them I want an adjustment on my order they get hesitant and start yelling at the phone as I’m trying to co operate them.
Honestly if I didn’t take your job seriously
I would go there and talk to you myself
But I hope you get fired
You sound a stressed lady that wants to yell at someone
Just know if you talked to my loved one like how you talked to me on the phone
I would make sure you would be in the oven in my next order.

I order every week for my class of students and have always had some kind of difficulty. (Except for the Julian delivery guy-he's totally awesome). They don't have consistent delivery people so I waited over 90 minutes for an order one day, and ended up sending a student to pick up our pizzas. The manager, Joshua, was kind and gave me a partial credit. So, the customer service has been ok. Until today.
They frequently make mistakes on my orders. I ordered 3 pizzas- 2 pepperoni and got all cheese pizzas. So the manager, Joshua, credited me with two pizzas for the mistake but then I waited for 20 minutes on hold (called twice, over 10 minutes each time), I hung up because I have a class to teach and I can't spend 40 minutes trying to order pizza. I had to order from somewhere else today, which was very expensive (I pay for my class to have lunch on Friday out of my own pocket-like most teachers). I think I have to stop trying to order from this store in Margate.

This has to be the worst Domino's .I honestly don't know how they stay in business, always a delivery issue, sloppy pizza unbelievable. This store make poppa look good.
