Domino's Pizza

Domino's is one of the only places that delivers to our address and they do good every time. Most recently the thin crust sausage pizza was great and so was the cheesy bread. A little expensive but hard to go wrong especially when it's piping hot.

If I could give them a 0 star review I would. 8 people went hungry because the driver forgot the soda and when I told her hey yeah I already tried calling your store our boxes are crushed and burnt and dry with no cheese. She said great I'll bring you new food and your soda no problem, disregard the old. The manager said an hour later when I was texted to call him that he won't do anything about it but a refund and he doesn't care about losing our business or our guys going hungry and doesn't see how it was burnt when the driver specifically told me they hired a new guy who can't cook. We will continue to order pizza hut from now on so I never have to hear someone heavy breathe and disregard business ethic and common human decency.

I really am being generous with two stars.. even the kids complained about how the pizza was terrible. If you enjoy eating bread with barely any sauce or cheese this is your place! Quality is poor..you get what you pay for definitely will not order again waste of money!

On September 27 I ordered 24 pizzas paid credit card over phone for my daughter birthday party later that day was charged a different amount. So have been charged twice. I then talk to manager about this and he told me it was not his problem that I could not get my money back now I have to dispute it and still have not got my money back.

Can’t tell you how many times my pizza has been cut wildly uneven, been cold, had wrong toppings etc. Even tried paying for extra for one topping because it would barely have any at all, only to barely get a decent amount after paying extra for more. Used to put up with it out of convenience. Now we go way past this establishment to get the fantastic local “chefin’ it up pizza” in Groveland just down the road. To put the icing on the cake, any time your order is wrong and you call about it, they hang up on you and don’t answer when you call them back. I really couldn’t of had worse experiences with this shop.

The delivery driver chance was a very nice very polite young man I think he had too many deliveries put on him but if I had a driver to deliver my pizza I would choose him he really cared about getting the pizza there and making sure everything was okay please take care of this guy he is awesome you need more drivers I can

This places service is getting worse worse and the Manger curt is very rude and not willing to make up or compensate for thier admitted screw ups and they never keep their word on giving credits. We've been promised credits several times and when we went to use it they said there's no credit.

Food arrived a hour and half later. And was super cold and dry! Honestly not the first time I’ve had a problem with this place. I only ordered because the Pizza Hut app was messing up but for sure next time I will just go to DoorDash instead of this place. We put A LOT of money into pizza because it is our go to family night eat out and we tip really high for being not even a mile away. But this store will no longer be getting my business and I will be spreading the word to friends, family, and customers in the area.
