The pizza made here tastes great. I have eaten different pizzas at least 5 times over the past year, and more beyond that. The prices here are much cheaper than any of the main pizza chains. I get the Deep Dish, normally with pepperoni, onions and sometimes extra cheese. I do the same with the Thin Crust. Both are browned perfectly and made crispy around the edges. I think their taste are better than Pizza Hut and Papa Johns, although I would still order from either of them, at times. The pizza is unlikely to ever be done before its recommended time, as they can get busy. There is some chance it could be later than their system tells you. Never been later than 10 minutes past when I was told by their system. Staff works hard. At times, there may be people waiting inside for an order they have already given, so be careful you don't think you are waiting in line. You need to get your name to them in front so they know you are there.

People here give zero F’s about customers. Came here to buy pizza as I normally do often for me and my child. Spanish girl looked determined to let me know she is done for the day. did not want to honor promo, so I said ok. Then proceeded to tell me what they only have. Meaning your only going to order what they want to make. I used to manage a little Caesars I know what can be done and what can’t. It is what is is.

The quest little Cesar’s I’ve ever been too. I been a few times. But today was the last straw for me… so frustrated that I cried cuz I really wanted to throw the pizza at him like he did to me after ignoring me for 15 mins when I told him my code won’t work. No one was working the front end and 3 more ppl came in and he didn’t acknowledge anyone. The ppl whom came in was shocked at how unprofessional he was. He’s new for sure everytime I go there’s always a new staff! The owner really to shut down or get ppl who really know what customer service is!!!!! Nastyyyyyy

I went in ordered my food at 3:19 left and came back at 4:12 food STILL not ready, then I asked for a refund and the lady tried to be slick and give me $12 dollars when I ordered 3 pepperoni pizza and 2 buffalo wings which came to 33.85, so after realizing there wasn’t enough money in the register I waited an additional 10 min for my food. Went home and realized one of my pizza I had ordered was a cheese and not a pepperoni, went back again and waited an additional 20 minutes for a pizza I expected to be hot and ready. Long story short, skip this place if you have the opportunity you will be waiting a long time for something ceasors claim it’s hot and ready. Mind you the pizza was barely cut my into slices

Most of times, your order is late, and not in the lockers so you have to make line anyways just to get your pizza, ordering in the place would be madness. If you order online or phone do it at least 40 min beforehand if you don't want to have more delays.

They need a better system here and an extra worker to handle the online orders so that everyone gets their food I'm a timely manner.

They did a fantastic job!! My wife and I like ours slightly lighter baked, so I asked them and this store does it spot on every time! One of my favorite lunch places in the area. Great job guys!

Do not go here! Customer service experience is the worst the manager is very disrespectful he used his bare hands to touch the food. I wait 15 mins for him to tell me he isn't taking any more orders. He used profanity the a lady that asked a question . He needs to be fired!!!!
