Domino's Pizza

The Dominoes Restaurant located at 7118 Southgate Blvd in North Lauderdale delivered 3 pizzas that I ordered and paid for. The problem was two of the pizzas were burnt. There was nothing about the two pizzas that any of their employees should have thought was a good idea to serve to a paying customer. I would not give my pet anything burnt up like that. After calling the store, I was told that I could get a store credit to use for future purchases. Well there is no way I will be purchasing anything from them in this life time. I am very disappointed. Let me find the nearest Pizza Hut. #BadBusiness

Today we order (1) carbonara pasta and 1 chiken bacon ranch sub in this store. the order was placed at 1:05pm, supposedly the orders came out of the oven at 1:15, and go to quality control at 1:16... the order left quality control at 1:48pm, 30 minutes after, I thought the order must be perfect, I was wrong. the order is cold, really cold, the portion was poor, very very poor and wrong we receive pasta primavera instead pasta carbonara, I don't want to tell you about the sandwich, what a mess. The order took almost 1 hour (only 5 minutes less to complete 1 hour) to received this crap, and the "insurance" offer a free pizza or 20% off in my next order, really do you think that we will order again with you????

On February 09, 2022 I placed an order of 2 boxes of pizza. My husband and I decided to save one of the boxes for later. Today, February 10, 2022, I realized that North Lauderdale's Dominos had the incorrect toppings on my pizza. When I called, the manager Carmen, instantly insinuated that "I was incorrect". As I attempted to correct her statement, she rudely stated that " I need to listen" . I am totally disgusted that a manger would model this type of behavior in front of her staff. Should Carmen or any of her team members view this please see attached pictures.

Ordered Pasta and Salad. When I opened the pasta the dish was practically empty. I could literally see the bottom of the aluminum dish. The salad is prepackaged in Yuma, AZ with an expiration date just 3 days away. Salad was wilted and dry. I asked for ranch dressing and got ceasar. Plastic tray holding cheese and croutons in the prepackaged bowl took up 1/3 of the volume so it was extremely small as well. Total rip off and I will never order from Domino's again. I used to work for Dominos and ordered from them on a weekly basis for years. Quality has obviously decreased a lot in that time. Do not order from here unless you want to waste your money for small portions of poorly prepped or prepackaged food.

Usually pretty good ordered vegan pizza there was some chicken 🐔 in it and there is missing cheese on my cheese pizza . But it’s cheap so you get what you pay for .

Always late order always incorrect i wish i could order delivery from another location but unfortunately they are the only option i might switch pizza companies.

I always come to this dominos for pizza and this place has always had good customer service, very speedy with their orders. This place never disappoints, my all time favorite is the cheese bread… love love love those.

Delivered my food to the wrong house Thursday after the driver Ashley was saying she down the street only to have delivered it to the wrong house… I called in so they did a refund on my order fast forward to Saturday my son loves their pizza so I order again for him only for them to take an hour to deliver my food. Worst delivery experience I’ve ever not sure if the did that on purpose but not cool at all I will never be ordering from this location again or dominos ever ‼️ I tried to let it go from you guys telling me over and over again that the driver is a minute away. Disgusting my son is 9 for crying out loud. Not a way to treat your customers.
