Bella Roma | Pizzeria & Restaurant

Pizza used to be good but has been lousy the last 2 or 3 times. The employees are nice and pretty helpful, dining room is nice and clean but small and intimate. We haven't tried the main dishes yet but don't know if we will. I've used to work in many restaurants before and I come from NYC so I have a very good idea what tastes good. Sauce and the dough need to be changed/upgraded.

Let me start this by saying I used to love ordering food from here for pick-up. We decided to come here after taking our daughters out. We chose this place over other places because we all enjoyed the food.

After today, we are never eating here again. My family and I were there for over an hour and 45 minutes. It took over an hour before my partners and my meal arrived, it was the wrong meal. It was a meal for a party that came after us and ordered after us. They didn't start cooking our meal until after the wrong order was brought to us. Not to mention that the kitchen staff were cursing loudly where everyone can hear it.

I'm not one to care about cursing, but I take offense to it when it's being used to attack someone. Once our server went into the back and explained what happened they were cursing at him. Like, that's depressing and annoying. There's an appropriate way to express being irritated but cursing at a server is not the way. And finally, there was really no apology or anything. When we told them it was not the right food, the response was "Oh that sucks".

Order was not the best at first but it was due to person answering the phone and miss communication. I spoke to manager and he went ABOVE and beyond to, give me a credit for next time, and also deliver new food to my house on his way home. Not only was he professional and understanding, but he was really nice and generous too.

I will definitely be going back there again! Thank you!!

Pizza was delicious the first time I visited. It's the best pizza in South Florida. That's my story and I am sticking to it. 😆. Service could improve. The staff was pleasant but (typical young people) were not paying as much attention as they should.By the way the rolls are a must.

Originally experienced the fabulous food by delivery after receiving a flyer. I was instantly a fan. I then begin to dine in. Friendly and attentive staff. Most recently picked up a tray of lasagna for a Christmas party and everyone agrees… best lasagna ever!

We ordered from this restaurant via the Slice app, because our other regular pizza joints were closed. Plus, it never hurts to have at least three regular pizza places on your list, right? Pizza is life. We ordered an X-large (18") cheese pizza and a pepperoni roll. We were quoted a delivery time of 1.25 - 1.5 hours.

Our food arrived within 45 minutes! Score!! The delivery guy was nice, too! The food itself was good. The pizza was cooked perfectly, although the sauce is a bit on the sweet side, and the crust was a bit chewy for my liking. The pepperoni roll is HUGE and has really good flavor. It also came with a large portion of marinara for dipping.

Overall, we had a good experience with Bella Roma. The food is good, the prices are comparable to other pizza shops, the delivery guy was friendly, and they delivered sooner than promised. I'd order from this place again!
